Uluslararas\u0131 S\u0131f\u0131r Enerji Binalar Zirvesi-ZeroBuild Summit\u201923\u2019te &#8220;S\u0131f\u0131r Enerji Bina M\u00fcmk\u00fcn-ZeroBuild Possible&#8221; slogan\u0131yla de\u011fi\u015fimi ba\u015flatmak \u00fczere 4 g\u00fcn boyunca 17 oturumda 100\u2019e yak\u0131n konu\u015fmac\u0131y\u0131 daha iyi bir gelecek i\u00e7in bulu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131f\u0131r Enerji Bina bile\u015fenleri, binalarda <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi uygulamalar\u0131, mevzuatlar<\/strong> ve <strong>y\u00f6netmelikler,<\/strong> <strong>finansman, \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ili\u015fkisi,<strong> enerji etkin tasar\u0131mlar<\/strong> ile s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir mimari, alternatif enerji sistemleri ve uygulama \u00f6rnekleri gibi pek \u00e7ok konu \u00fczerinde <em>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bakanl\u0131k yetkilileri, politika yap\u0131c\u0131lar, akademisyenler, sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131, bina profesyonelleri, \u00fcreticiler ve tedarik\u00e7ilere<\/em> yer verece\u011fiz. \u00c7e\u015fitli sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131, odalar, belediyeler, birlikler ve derneklerden de isimleri a\u011f\u0131rlayaca\u011f\u0131z ve sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn bu yeniden yap\u0131lanma s\u00fcrecine adaptasyon y\u00f6ntemlerini konu\u015faca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4- \u00dclkemizde sadece baz\u0131 binalar kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm kapsam\u0131nda. Mevcut binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131yla enerji verimli ve \u00e7evreye duyarl\u0131 olabilmesi sayesinde enerjide daha az d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k ya\u015famam\u0131z i\u00e7in faydal\u0131 bir uygulama olarak de\u011ferlendiriyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm \u00fclkede<strong> S\u0131f\u0131r Enerji Bina\u2019lara<\/strong> tam bir ge\u00e7i\u015f m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Ekonomimize bu durum, enerjinin cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n %70\u2019ten fazla k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmas\u0131 \u015feklinde yans\u0131yor. S\u0131f\u0131r Enerji Bina\u2019lar, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ve bu anlamda ekonomimizi destekleyebilir.<\/p>\n<p>TE\u0130A\u015e verilerine de bakabiliriz. Bu verilere g\u00f6re <strong>konutlarda<\/strong> harcanan enerjinin, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki toplam enerji t\u00fcketiminin <strong>%30\u2019luk<\/strong> bir k\u0131sm\u0131na denk geldi\u011fini biliyoruz. \u00d6te yandan<strong> S\u0131f\u0131r Enerji Binalar<\/strong> ise, di\u011fer binalara g\u00f6re <strong>%70<\/strong> ile <strong>%90<\/strong> aras\u0131nda daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enerji harc\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca iklim krizine kar\u015f\u0131 durmak istiyorsak <strong>karbonsuz \u015fehirler<\/strong> yaratmam\u0131z \u015fart.
