Bu kapsamda yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve n\u00fckleer enerji projeleri k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte artmaktad\u0131r. Bu cazip ortam\u0131n somut sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 almak i\u00e7in 11 y\u0131lda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli yasal d\u00fczenlemeleri hayata ge\u00e7irdik. Liberal bir piyasa hedefi do\u011frultusunda sekt\u00f6rle birlikte yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu yasal d\u00fczenlemelerin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131k. 11 y\u0131l \u00f6nce neredeyse yok d\u00fczeyde olan r\u00fczgar kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc bug\u00fcn 2600 MW\u2019\u0131 ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Bug\u00fcn memnuniyetle s\u00f6ylemeliyim ki, r\u00fczgardan \u00fcretti\u011fimiz elektrikle y\u0131lda en az 600 milyon dolar daha az do\u011falgaz ithalat\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2023 R\u00dcZGAR G\u00dcC\u00dc HEDEF\u0130M\u0130Z 20 B\u0130N MW<\/strong><br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye elektrik piyasas\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fen piyasalar\u0131ndan biri olarak nitelendiren Taner Y\u0131ld\u0131z, artan talebi kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan yat\u0131r\u0131m tutar\u0131n\u0131 120 milyar dolar olarak belirtti. Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n rekabet\u00e7i piyasa ko\u015fullar\u0131nda \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r eliyle yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini yineleyen Bakan Taner Y\u0131ld\u0131z, mesaj\u0131na \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<br \/>\n&#8220;Yenilenebilir enerji alan\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle r\u00fczgar enerjisi ve hidroelektrik enerjisine y\u00f6nelik pek \u00e7ok yat\u0131r\u0131m f\u0131rsat\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Yerli ve yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan son y\u0131llarda \u00f6zellikle yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na g\u00f6sterilen ilgi artmaktad\u0131r. 2023 hedefimiz r\u00fczgar kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 20 bin MW\u2019a ula\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu hedefi yakalamak i\u00e7in, kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rle birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Bu kapsamda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla lisanss\u0131z elektrik \u00fcretimindeki s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 1 MW\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k. Ayr\u0131ca santral yap\u0131m\u0131nda yerli ekipman kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda ilave te\u015fvik mekanizmas\u0131 geli\u015ftirdik. Bunun T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de mekanik ve elektro-mekanik aksam imalat\u0131 yapmak isteyen yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in oldu\u011fu kadar, yerli sanayimizin yeni ve temiz teknolojilere a\u015final\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yorum.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>YEN\u0130LENEB\u0130L\u0130RE D\u00dc\u015e\u00dcK FA\u0130ZL\u0130 KRED\u0130<\/strong><br \/>\nYenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n finansman\u0131 i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye`deki bankalar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131, Avrupa \u0130mar ve Kalk\u0131nma Bankas\u0131 gibi uluslararas\u0131 finans kurulu\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faizli kredi imkan\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakan\u0131 Taner Y\u0131ld\u0131z \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<br \/>\n&#8220;Yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra enerji verimlili\u011fi projelerine de finansman deste\u011fi, yerli ve uluslararas\u0131 bankalar taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r.
