AB y\u00f6netimi Mutabakat s\u00fcrecinde enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde <strong>inovatif giri\u015fimleri desteklemeye<\/strong> ve <strong>altyap\u0131n\u0131n modernize edilmesine<\/strong> \u00f6nem vermektedir. Her sekt\u00f6rde eko-tasar\u0131m ilkeleri do\u011frultusunda <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi y\u00fcksek<\/strong> ve <strong>karbon ayak izi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin<\/strong> piyasaya arz edilmesi de temiz enerji ge\u00e7i\u015finde \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 1990 y\u0131l\u0131na k\u0131yasla <strong>%55<\/strong> oranda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi hedefi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n<strong> a\u00e7\u0131k deniz (off-shore) r\u00fczgar enerjisi potansiyelinden<\/strong> maksimum oranda faydalan\u0131lmas\u0131 de hedeflenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avrupa Ye\u015fil Mutabakat\u0131<\/strong> ile kapsam\u0131 ve ilkeleri belirlenen<strong> temiz enerji ge\u00e7i\u015fi s\u00fcrecinde<\/strong> olu\u015fturulan enerji politikalar\u0131ndan ve stratejilerden <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Enerji Sistemi Entegrasyon Stratejisi<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Hidrojen Stratejisi<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A\u00e7\u0131k Deniz Yenilenebilir Enerji Stratejisi<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kamu ve \u00f6zel binalar\u0131n enerji verimlili\u011fi hedefleri do\u011frultusunda yenilenmesi<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Metan Stratejisi<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Trans-Avrupa Enerji A\u011flar\u0131<\/p>\n<p><strong>AB y\u00f6netimi<\/strong>, <strong>temiz enerji ge\u00e7i\u015fi s\u00fcrecinde<\/strong> her bir \u00fcye \u00fclkeden <strong>ulusal enerji<\/strong> ve <strong>iklim planlar\u0131 olu\u015fturmas\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> istemi\u015ftir. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda kabul edilen<strong> t\u00fcm Avrupal\u0131lar i\u00e7in<\/strong> temiz enerji paketi bu konudaki \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmelerden biridir. Bu paket ile (AB) <strong>2018\/1999 say\u0131l\u0131 enerji birli\u011fi<\/strong> ve <strong>iklim eyleminin y\u00f6netimine dair bir reg\u00fclasyon<\/strong> kabul edilmi\u015ftir. \u00dclkelerin haz\u0131rlamas\u0131 gereken ulusal planlar enerji birli\u011fi konusunu <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi, enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, ara\u015ft\u0131rma, inovasyon, rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fc, dekorbanizasyon<\/strong> ve<strong> i\u00e7 enerji piyasalar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenlenmesi<\/strong> gibi konular\u0131 dikkate alarak de\u011ferlendirmektedir.
