G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rmak ve kurumsal bir yap\u0131ya kavu\u015fturmak isteyen Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurumu (EPDK) Haziran ay\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santrali i\u00e7in lisans ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 toplad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2>Devler s\u0131raya girdi<\/h2>\n<p>600 megavatl\u0131k lisans i\u00e7in toplam 8900 megavatl\u0131k ba\u015fvuru geldi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00f6nde gelen gruplar\u0131 Zorlu, \u00c7al\u0131k, Enerjisa, Aksa, Fiba, Aksa, Eksim ve Boydak ile yabanc\u0131 devlerin de aralar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u015firket bu alana yat\u0131r\u0131m i\u00e7in kuyru\u011fa girdi.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015ften Elektrik \u00dcreten Sanayici ve \u0130\u015fadamlar\u0131 Derne\u011fi (G\u00dcNE\u015eE) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet \u00d6zer, \u201c T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ge\u00e7en y\u0131l 242 milyar kwh elektrik t\u00fcketildi. Bunun \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc do\u011falgaz ve ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcrden yani yerli olmayan kaynaklardan kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u201d dedi ve ekledi: \u201cBuna kar\u015f\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin g\u00fcne\u015f potansiyeli 380 milyar kwh. Yani \u00fclkenin enerji talebinin tamam\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak seviyede. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin petrol\u00fc asl\u0131nda g\u00fcne\u015ftir\u201d<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Santrallerinin (GES) 2015\u2019ten \u00f6nce faaliyete ge\u00e7mesinin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcnmedi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen \u00d6zer, bu durumun \u00fclke ekonomisi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir kay\u0131p oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti. \u201c G\u00fcne\u015fte Almanya\u2019n\u0131n kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 7 bin megavata ula\u015ft\u0131. \u0130talya ve \u0130spanya\u2019da bu alanda \u00f6nemli oyuncular. Buna mukabil \u00fclke olarak o kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir kapasitedeyiz ki, insan ger\u00e7ekten \u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanan 2023 projeksiyonuna g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik \u00fcretim kapasitesi 120 bin megavata \u00e7\u0131kacak. Bunun y\u00fczde 2.5\u2019luk b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc de yani 3000 megavatl\u0131k b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc g\u00fcne\u015f santrallerinden sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n<p>Mehmet \u00d6zer, bunun T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin potansiyelinin \u00e7ok alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funa i\u015faret ederek, \u201c2023 y\u0131l\u0131 hedefi bence 30 bin megavat olmal\u0131. B\u00f6ylece yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar kendi riskleriyle yat\u0131r\u0131m yaparlar. Bu sayede hem de arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fine katk\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olur hem de yap\u0131ld\u0131, yap\u0131lmad\u0131 gibi riskler de ortadan kalkar. Al\u0131m garantisi kalkarsa g\u00fcne\u015f yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n patlayaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2>KOB\u0130 elektrik faturas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f paneliyle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr<\/h2>\n<p>EPDK\u2019n\u0131n Ekim ay\u0131nda yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 lisanss\u0131z elektrik \u00fcretimi y\u00f6netmeli\u011finin KOB\u0130\u2019ler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir f\u0131rsat oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Mehmet \u00d6zer s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor: \u201cDevlet 1 megawata kadar lisans\u0131z elektrik \u00fcretimine izin veriyor. Bu sanayi tesisleri, turizm i\u015fletmeleri, belediyeler ve \u00fcniversiteler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir f\u0131rsat. \u00d6rne\u011fin ayda G\u00fcne\u015fte 7 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde ilk yat\u0131r\u0131m tutar\u0131n\u0131 geri alabiliyorsunuz. G\u00fcne\u015f panelleri 30 y\u0131l kullan\u0131labiliyor ve s\u00fcrekli bak\u0131m da gerektirmiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yani 23 y\u0131l bedava elektrik \u00fcretebiliyorsunuz. Gaziantep, Mara\u015f, Urfa, Konya, Ni\u011fde, Aksaray, \u0130zmir, Mu\u011fla, Antalya gibi \u015fehirlerde i\u015fletmeler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan elektrik faturas\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck f\u0131rsat var. 1 megavatl\u0131k g\u00fcne\u015f santrali i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 1.25 milyon euro yat\u0131r\u0131m gerekiyor. 1 megavatla y\u0131lda 1.5 milyon kilovat saat elektrik \u00fcretirsiniz. 30 y\u0131lda 45 milyon kilowaat saat elektrik \u00fcretece\u011finizi varsayarsak, ortaya 2.7 euro\/cent gibi bir rakam ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bu rakam g\u00fcne\u015fi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki en ucuz enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 yapar.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00fcnya devleri yar\u0131\u015f\u0131yor<\/h2>\n<p>D\u00fcnyadaki g\u00fcne\u015f yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 son d\u00f6nemde h\u0131z kazand\u0131. G\u00dcNE\u015eE Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet \u00d6zer, \u201cBug\u00fcn d\u00fcnyadaki toplam kurul g\u00fc\u00e7 70 bin megawata dayand\u0131. Son d\u00f6nemde ABD, Japonya ve \u00c7in bu alanda ciddi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar yap\u0131yor. 3 \u00fclkede y\u0131lda 10 bin megawattl\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131yorlar. Y\u0131lda 15 milyar kilowatt saatlik tesisi devreye al\u0131yorlar\u201d bilgisini verdi.<\/p>\n<h2>Panel maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor<\/h2>\n<p>2007\u2019de g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde\u00a0birim yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyeti kilovat ba\u015f\u0131na maliyet 5-6 euro civar\u0131ndayd\u0131. Bug\u00fcn bu rakam 1.2 seviyesine kadar geriledi. Yani aradan ge\u00e7en 6 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde \u00fcretim maliyetleri y\u00fczde 80 oran\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Bunun en \u00f6nemli sebebi g\u00fcne\u015f panellerinde ya\u015fanan h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fim. Yar\u0131 iletken teknolojisindeki h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fim ile \u00c7in\u2019in \u00fcretim kapasitesi birle\u015fince fiyatlar 4 y\u0131l gibi k\u0131sa bir zamanda h\u0131zla d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n<h2>Norve\u00e7liler HES i\u00e7in geliyor<\/h2>\n<p>Norve\u00e7 Kral\u0131 V.Harald\u2019\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye temaslar\u0131nda g\u00fcndem maddelerinden birisi de enerji oldu. Norve\u00e7 Ticaret ve End\u00fcstri Bakan\u0131 Monica Maeland ile Enerji Bakan\u0131 Taner Y\u0131ld\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan imzalanan \u201cEnerji Alan\u0131nda \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fine \u0130li\u015fkin Mutabakat Zapt\u0131\u201dyla ili\u015fkilerde yeni bir d\u00f6nem ba\u015flad\u0131. S\u00fcre\u00e7 4 sene \u00f6nce Statkraft\u2019\u0131n baz\u0131 hidroelektrik projelerini sat\u0131n almas\u0131yla ba\u015flad\u0131. 3 santral kurmak i\u00e7in kollar\u0131 s\u0131vayan Norve\u00e7liler k\u0131sa zamanda 640 megavata ula\u015ft\u0131. Bu yat\u0131rmlar i\u00e7in 1.1 milyar dolar harcayan Norve\u00e7liler, \u015fimdi de \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilecek HES\u2019leri yak\u0131n izlemeye ald\u0131.
