Hayvanlardan elde edilen baz\u0131 bile\u015fenler de yine biyok\u00fctle olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bitkisel ve hayvansal kaynakl\u0131 bu \u00fcr\u00fcnler, fiziksel, kimyasal ve biyolojik baz\u0131 i\u015flemlerden ge\u00e7irilerek kullan\u0131ma haz\u0131r biyok\u00fctle haline getirilir. Zira, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde evlerde ve end\u00fcstriyel tesislerde <strong>elektrik<\/strong> ve <strong>\u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretmek<\/strong> i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan <strong>biyogazlar<\/strong> ve u\u00e7ak, gemi ve arabalarda kullan\u0131lan <strong>biyoyak\u0131tlar\u0131n her biri biyok\u00fctle k\u00f6kenlidir.<\/strong> Biyoenerjinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn ve sekt\u00f6r yelpazesi her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn geni\u015flemektedir. Karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n kademeli olarak azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda net s\u0131f\u0131r karbon hedefinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konulan yasalar, y\u00f6netmelikler, ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 standartlar ve di\u011fer d\u00fczenlemeler, kurumlar ve h\u00fck\u00fcmetler \u00fczerinde giderek artan bir bask\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 do\u011fada serbest halde bulunurken baz\u0131 biyoenerji kaynaklar\u0131 halihaz\u0131rda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen end\u00fcstriyel s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin yan \u00fcr\u00fcnleri olmaktad\u0131r. Biyoenerjinin yayg\u0131n formu di\u011fer enerji bi\u00e7imlerine g\u00f6re olduk\u00e7a arazi yo\u011fun s\u00fcre\u00e7lerden ve amaca y\u00f6nelik olarak <strong>yeti\u015ftirilen mahsullerden<\/strong> veya <strong>a\u011fa\u00e7lardan<\/strong> elde edilmektedir. Biyoenerji \u00fcretiminde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 son derece \u00f6nemlidir. Zira s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclemez biyoenerji \u00fcretimi g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rabilir, arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131nda rekabete yol a\u00e7arsa olumsuz sosyal sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furabilir, \u00a0biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi azaltabilir ve emisyonlar\u0131n artmas\u0131na neden olabilir. Net s\u0131f\u0131r karbon emisyonu i\u00e7in <strong>biyoenerji \u00fcretiminin<\/strong> artmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r; fakat olu\u015fturulan politikalar ve haz\u0131rlanan stratejilerde bu t\u00fcr \u00e7evresel d\u0131\u015fsall\u0131klar da g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, <strong>biyoenerji<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>ekim alanlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> geni\u015fletilmesi veya mevcut ormanl\u0131k alanlar\u0131n <strong>biyoenerji mahsul \u00fcretimine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi<\/strong> gibi uygulamalar s\u00f6z konusu olmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde net s\u0131f\u0131r karbon hedefleri do\u011frultusunda biyoenerjiye uzun vadeli yat\u0131r\u0131mlar yapan \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00fclke mevcuttur. \u00d6zellikle biyoyak\u0131tlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 destekleyen ve bu deste\u011fi politika haline getiren \u00fclke say\u0131s\u0131 hayli fazlad\u0131r.
