Ancak h\u0131zl\u0131 hareket etmemiz gerekti\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan Do\u00e7. Dr. Ka\u00e7maz; <em>\u201cGerek \u00fclkemizin deprem b\u00f6lgesinde olmas\u0131 gerekse iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi etkileri y\u00fcz\u00fcnden, uzmanlar\u0131n da belirtti\u011fi gibi deprem, su bask\u0131n\u0131, sel, yang\u0131n, kas\u0131rga ve benzeri do\u011fa olaylar\u0131 ile s\u0131kl\u0131kla y\u00fczle\u015fece\u011fiz.
