Proje kapsam\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan <strong>ayd\u0131nlatma armat\u00fcrleri, \u0131s\u0131tma, so\u011futma, havaland\u0131rma ve otomasyon tasar\u0131m ve se\u00e7imlerinde Amerikan enerji verimlili\u011fi standard\u0131 (ASHRAE 90.1.2007)<\/strong> gereklilikleri \u00f6n planda tutuldu ve bu standarttan y\u00fczde 28 daha <strong>y\u00fcksek performansl\u0131<\/strong> <strong>\/enerji verimli bir bina<\/strong> in\u015fa edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Binada kullan\u0131lan in\u015faat malzemelerinde \u00e7evre dostu \u00f6zellikte olanlar \u00f6ncelikli olarak tercih edilirken i\u00e7 mekanlarda kullan\u0131lan yap\u0131 kimyasallar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011findeki u\u00e7ucu organik zararl\u0131 bile\u015fik oranlar\u0131n\u0131n uluslararas\u0131 limitlere uygunlu\u011fu kontrol edildi. <strong>\u0130\u00e7 mekanlar\u0131n havaland\u0131rmas\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in uluslararas\u0131 standartlara uygun gerekli tasar\u0131m kriterleri projeye entegre edilirken \u00e7evre dostu ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 desteklemek ad\u0131na <strong>otoparkta d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emisyonlu ara\u00e7lara \u00f6ncelikli park yerleri<\/strong> ayr\u0131ld\u0131.
