Bug\u00fcn global in\u015faat teknolojileri \u015firketi olarak 120 \u00fclkede 30 binden fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131zla in\u015faat\u0131 daha iyi hale getiriyoruz. Hilti olarak g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc inovasyona olan tutkumuzdan al\u0131yoruz. Sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u00fczde 10\u2019unu Ar-Ge harc\u0131yor, y\u0131lda 165 adet patent al\u0131yor, 60 adet yeni \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc piyasaya sunuyor ve inovasyon \u00f6d\u00fclleriyle ba\u015far\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ta\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131yoruz.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Hilti olarak daha iyi bir gelecek yaratmak i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik politikalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrekli g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7iriyor ve kendimize hedefler koyuyoruz. Daha iyi bir toplum i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir sosyal etki yaratmay\u0131 \u00f6nemsiyor, i\u015f eti\u011fi konusunda da kendimizi ve sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc y\u00fcksek standartlarda tutmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Deprem konusunda \u0130T\u00dc, AFAD, AKUT ve DEG\u00dcDER ile ortak projeler y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de odakland\u0131klar\u0131 en \u00f6nemli konular\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda depremin geldi\u011fini vurgulayan <strong>Banu Deniz \u00c7etinkol<\/strong>, <em>\u201cBu kapsamda<strong> \u0130T\u00dc, AFAD, AKUT ve Deprem G\u00fc\u00e7lendirme Derne\u011fi (DEG\u00dcDER)<\/strong> ile de farkl\u0131 projeler kapsam\u0131nda i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Kahramanmara\u015f depreminde de aktif rol ald\u0131k. Arama kurtarmada kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere el aletleri temin ettik, \u00e7e\u015fitli sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131na ayni yard\u0131mda bulunduk, hasar tespit \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kat\u0131ld\u0131k, g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131zla sahada yer ald\u0131k ve Hilti Vakf\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla profesyonel arama kurtarma ekipleri g\u00f6nderdik. Bu zor s\u00fcre\u00e7te h\u0131zl\u0131 ve etkili ad\u0131mlar atmaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterdik, umar\u0131z bir daha el aletlerimiz b\u00f6yle bir durum i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmaz\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0130stanbul\u2019daki yap\u0131 sto\u011funun 788 bin 800\u2019\u00fc 2000 y\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6ncesine ait<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Etkinlikte \u0130stanbul\u2019daki yap\u0131 sto\u011fu hakk\u0131nda bilgiler veren <strong>Hilti T\u00fcrkiye Mevzuat M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Ilgaz \u015eenel<\/strong>; <em>\u201c2023 depremlerinde \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek yer ivmeleri g\u00f6zlemledik. Kahramanmara\u015f depremi \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir alan\u0131 etkiledi.11 ilimizde 13.4 milyon ki\u015fi depremden etkilenirken, 232 bin bina ise ya y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131 ya da a\u011f\u0131r hasar ald\u0131. Ya\u015fanan depremler sonras\u0131 herkesin akl\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck \u0130stanbul depremi geliyor. \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6re \u0130stanbul\u2019da yakla\u015f\u0131k bir milyon 116 bin yap\u0131 var. Bunlar\u0131n 788 bin 800\u2019\u00fc 2000 y\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6ncesi yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in mevcut yap\u0131 sto\u011fumuzu bir an \u00f6nce depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131 hale getirmeliyiz. 2000 \u00f6ncesi yap\u0131lan binalar\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck beton dayan\u0131m\u0131 ve yetersiz donat\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u00d6zellikle de sarg\u0131 donat\u0131s\u0131 eksikli\u011fi ve \u00f6zensiz donat\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7ili\u011fi dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Bu noktada en h\u0131zl\u0131 ve etkili \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm ise g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme y\u00f6ntemleri ile mevcut bina sto\u011funu depreme kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131 hale getirmektir.\u201d<\/em> \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yap\u0131larda hasar tespit ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmenin yol haritas\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yap\u0131sal g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmede izlenmesi gereken yol haritas\u0131n\u0131 anlatan<strong> Hilti T\u00fcrkiye M\u00fchendislik M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc \u00d6mer Tun\u00e7 Sar\u0131o\u011flu<\/strong>; <em>\u201cYap\u0131sal g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmede ilk ad\u0131m r\u00f6levedir. Varsa yap\u0131n\u0131n projesine ula\u015f\u0131l\u0131r ve projeye g\u00f6re imalat kontrol edilir, r\u00f6levesi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r. Sonras\u0131nda donat\u0131 ve beton \u00f6zellikleri tespit edilir. Toplanan verilerle performans analizi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme yap\u0131lacaksa optimum metot se\u00e7ilir. Ard\u0131ndan tasar\u0131m deprem y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine uygun \u015fekilde haz\u0131rlan\u0131r. Biz Hilti olarak yap\u0131sal analizde in\u015faat demirlerinin yerinin belirlenmesi, derinlik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc ve boyut kesiti i\u00e7in beton detekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00f6zellikleri ile \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan PS 300 Donat\u0131 Tarama Sistemi \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc kullan\u0131yoruz. Bu teknolojimiz, \u00f6zellikle mevcut yap\u0131lar\u0131n durumunun de\u011ferlendirilmesi ve depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ortaya koyulmas\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir rol oynuyor. PS 300 Donat\u0131 Tarama Sistemi ak\u0131ll\u0131 algoritmas\u0131 sayesinde in\u015faat demirleri i\u00e7in hassas derinlik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcne ve yap\u0131ya herhangi bir hasar vermeden donat\u0131 \u00e7ap\u0131 tahmini yap\u0131lmas\u0131na imkan tan\u0131yor. \u00dcstelik art\u0131k g\u00fcncel mevzuatlara uyun olarak; beton-\u00e7elik ve beton-beton ba\u011flant\u0131 tasar\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bulut tabanl\u0131 m\u00fchendislik yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z Profis Engineering\u2019te de filiz ekimi mod\u00fcl\u00fc kullan\u0131labiliyor.
