Planlar\u0131n haz\u0131rl\u0131k a\u015famas\u0131nda hem yatayda hem d\u00fc\u015feyde deformasyon haritalar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Haritalar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yerle\u015fim yerleri belirlendi. Yeni yerle\u015fim yerleri tasarlan\u0131rken, \u015fehrin b\u00fcy\u00fcme aks\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fc 50 y\u0131l\u0131 kapsayacak \u015fekilde \u00f6zel olarak planland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ys-heading-node\"><span class=\"ys-text-node\">Uzun Vadeli Ad\u0131mlar<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ys-paragraph-node\">Haz\u0131rlanan planlar \u00e7evresinde veya biti\u015fi\u011finde yer alan mevcut yap\u0131ya uyumlu, korunacak alanlar\u0131n \u00e7evresinde yap\u0131lan planlar ise bu alanlar\u0131n hassasiyeti dikkate al\u0131narak haz\u0131rlanacak. Planlarda y\u00fcr\u00fcme mesafeleri de dikkate al\u0131nacak. E\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve ye\u015fil alanlar\u0131n vatanda\u015flar\u0131n kolayl\u0131kla ula\u015fabilece\u011fi yerlere yap\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Planlarda; \u00e7ocuk bah\u00e7esi, oyun alan\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131k semt spor alan\u0131, aile sa\u011fl\u0131k merkezi, kre\u015f, anaokulu ve ilkokul mesafeleri yakla\u015f\u0131k 500 metre, ortaokullar 1.000 metre, liseler ise 2 bin 500 metre mesafe dikkate al\u0131narak tasarlan\u0131yor. Yeni binalar\u0131n birbirlerinin<strong> g\u00fcne\u015fe g\u00f6re cephesini etkilemeyecek \u015fekilde <\/strong>in\u015fa edilmesi planlan\u0131yor. Master planlarda; kent esteti\u011fine uygun idari tesis alanlar, ticaret, e\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k tesisleri, ibadet yerleri, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel tesisler, park, oyun alanlar\u0131, meydan gibi a\u00e7\u0131k alanlar, genel ve b\u00f6lge otoparklar\u0131, spor tesisleri gibi kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ys-heading-node\"><span class=\"ys-text-node\">Tasar\u0131mlar\u0131n odak noktas\u0131nda insan var<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ys-paragraph-node\">11 \u015fehir genelinde uygulanacak olan master plan \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, planlanan ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131n kentsel tasar\u0131m ile daha estetik ve insan odakl\u0131 olmas\u0131 sa\u011flanacak. Haz\u0131rlanan master planlarda ula\u015f\u0131mda verimlili\u011fi art\u0131racak politikalar bulunuyor.
