Bunlar aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok ra\u011fbet g\u00f6ren <strong>iyot- 131, samaryum-153 ve molibden-99<\/strong> gibi <strong>izotoplar<\/strong> da yer al\u0131yor. Tesiste, <strong>l\u00fctesyum-177, aktinyum-225, radyum-223<\/strong> ve <strong>di\u011fer izotoplara dayal\u0131 aktif radyofarmas\u00f6tik maddeler<\/strong> ve <strong>ila\u00e7lar da<\/strong> \u00fcretilecek.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>N\u00fckleer teknolojiler, hastal\u0131klar\u0131n te\u015fhis ve tedavisinde \u00f6nemli rol oynuyor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n hemen her yerinde, her mevsim, gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz, b\u00fcy\u00fck miktarlarda enerji sa\u011flayabilen n\u00fckleer, enerji \u00fcretimi dendi\u011finde ilk akla gelen teknoloji olsa da<strong> pek \u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n te\u015fhis<\/strong> ve<strong> tedavisinde<\/strong> kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilgisayarl\u0131 tomografi (CT)<\/strong> ve <strong>mamografi, Pozitron-Emisyon-Tomografisi (PET), ultrason<\/strong> ve <strong>manyetik rezonans g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme (MRI)<\/strong> gibi tekniklerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan n\u00fckleer teknoloji, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n te\u015fhis edilmesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra <strong>tedavi<\/strong> ve <strong>hastal\u0131k s\u00fcrecinde<\/strong> verilen tepkinin izlenmesini de sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle, \u00f6l\u00fcm nedenleri aras\u0131nda<strong> kardiyovask\u00fcler hastal\u0131klardan<\/strong> sonra ikinci s\u0131rada gelen <strong>kanserin te\u015fhisinde<\/strong> yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan <strong>n\u00fckleer teknoloji<\/strong>, ya\u015fam kalitesini art\u0131rmas\u0131 yan\u0131 s\u0131ra <strong>radyoizotop<\/strong> ile<strong> radyasyon teknolojilerini kullan\u0131m\u0131yla<\/strong> s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma hedeflerine ula\u015fma konusunda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Rosatom, izotop \u00fcretiminde \u00f6nc\u00fc \u015firketler aras\u0131nda<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Rosatom, d\u00fcnyada l\u00fctesyum-177 i\u00e7in kaynak malzeme olarak kullan\u0131lan iterbiyum-176 ve l\u00fctesyum-176 izotoplar\u0131n\u0131n ticari \u00fcretimini ba\u015flatan \u00f6nc\u00fc \u015firketler aras\u0131nda bulunuyor. Bununla beraber \u015firket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, ameliyat edilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan t\u00fcm\u00f6r ve metastazlar\u0131n tedavisine y\u00f6nelik geli\u015fmi\u015f, hedefli radyofarmas\u00f6tiklerin \u00e7o\u011funda bulunan l\u00fctesyum-177 i\u00e7in bir dizi \u00fcretim y\u00f6ntemi geli\u015ftiriyor ve bunlar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7iriyor.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00fctesyum-177 \u015fu anda Rosatom\u2019a ba\u011fl\u0131 iki kurulu\u015f taraf\u0131ndan elde ediliyor.
