Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde sigortaya konu olan ta\u015f\u0131nmazda yer alan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r <strong>mal, e\u015fya ve benzerlerine ili\u015fkin zararlar da<\/strong> teminat kapsam\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yer almamaktad\u0131r. <strong>Zorunlu deprem sigortas\u0131<\/strong> <strong>depremin neden oldu\u011fu maddi zararlara ili\u015fkindir<\/strong>. Bu sebeple \u00f6l\u00fcm dahil olmak \u00fczere <strong>t\u00fcm bedeni zararlar<\/strong> <strong>teminat kapsam\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalmaktad\u0131r.<\/strong> Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde manevi zararlar\u0131n da DASK\u2019tan talep edilebilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Depreme ba\u011fl\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n binan\u0131n <strong>kendi kusur<\/strong> ve<strong> \u00f6zellikleri nedeniyle<\/strong> zamanla olu\u015fan zararlar da<strong> teminat kapsam\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndad\u0131r<\/strong>.\u2019<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ZORUNLU DEPREM S\u0130GORTASI ANCAK BEL\u0130RL\u0130 B\u0130R M\u0130KTARA KADAR TEM\u0130NAT SA\u011eLAMAKTADIR!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Zorunlu deprem sigortas\u0131<\/strong> ile <strong>sigorta poli\u00e7esinde<\/strong> g\u00f6sterilen<strong> sigorta bedeline<\/strong> kadar bir teminat sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00c7elik <em>\u2018Depremzedenin u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zarar daha fazla olsa bile DASK taraf\u0131ndan ancak <strong>sigorta poli\u00e7esinde<\/strong> belirtilen<strong> sigorta bedeline kadar sigorta tazminat\u0131<\/strong> \u00f6denebilir. Sigorta bedeli <strong>Zorunlu Deprem Sigortas\u0131 Tarife ve Talimat\u0131\u2019nda<\/strong> belirlenen metrekare bedeline g\u00f6re belirlenir. S\u00f6z konusu metrekare bedelleri <strong>25.11.2022<\/strong> tarihinde <strong>%100 oran\u0131nda<\/strong> art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu tarihinden sonra meydana gelen depremlerde \u00f6denecek olan azami miktar (sigorta bedeli) <strong>640.000TL<\/strong>\u2019dir. S\u00f6z konusu de\u011fi\u015fiklik <strong>25.11.2022 tarihinde<\/strong> yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen yeni teminat miktarlar\u0131 <strong>01.01.2022 tarihinden sonra<\/strong> yap\u0131lan di\u011fer deprem sigortalar\u0131na da uygulanacakt\u0131r. Sigorta edilen ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n de\u011ferinin bu miktardan daha fazla olmas\u0131 halinde, fazlaya ili\u015fkin k\u0131sm\u0131n zorunlu olmayan deprem sigortas\u0131yla teminat alt\u0131na al\u0131nabilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u00d6rne\u011fin evin de\u011ferinin <strong>1.000.000TL<\/strong> olmas\u0131 halinde DASK taraf\u0131ndan en fazla <strong>640.000TL<\/strong> teminat sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131ndan<strong> 360.000TL\u2019lik<\/strong> k\u0131s\u0131m i\u00e7in<strong> iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 deprem sigortas\u0131<\/strong> yap\u0131labilir. Deprem sonucunda meydana gelen k\u0131smi hasarlarda da <strong>DASK taraf\u0131ndan sadece zarar miktar\u0131<\/strong> kadar bir \u00f6deme yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>DASK \u0130LE UYU\u015eMAZLIK YA\u015eANMASI HAL\u0130NDE DAVA A\u00c7ILAB\u0130LCE\u011e\u0130 G\u0130B\u0130 S\u0130GORTA TAHK\u0130M KOM\u0130SYONUNA DA BA\u015eVURULAB\u0130L\u0130R<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Sigorta tazminat miktar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesinden<\/strong> itibaren <strong>en ge\u00e7 bir ay i\u00e7erisinde<\/strong> DASK taraf\u0131ndan sigorta tazminat\u0131n\u0131n <strong>hak sahibine \u00f6demesi<\/strong> gerekir.
