Bu deprem bizlere, binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 gerek planlamalar\u0131 gerekse t\u00fcm yap\u0131 elemanlar\u0131yla birlikte eksiksiz ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde in\u015fa etmemizin \u00f6nemini bir kez daha hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. Rutubet g\u00f6zle g\u00f6r\u00fclmeyen, bununla birlikte hem hane halk\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na hem de binan\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 sistemine zarar veren bir olu\u015fum. Binan\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 sisteminde olu\u015fan ve g\u00f6zle g\u00f6r\u00fclmeyen hasarlar, yer sars\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131nda binan\u0131n mukavemetini sa\u011flayamamas\u0131na sebep olabiliyor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ayr\u0131ca, \u00f6zellikle toprak alt\u0131nda suyun bulundu\u011fu b\u00f6lgelerdeki su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 do\u011fru yap\u0131lmayan binalarda temellerden t\u00fcm ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 sisteme k\u0131lcal yollarla ilerleyen su, kolon ve kiri\u015flerin i\u00e7indeki donat\u0131 yani demir iskeleti korozyona u\u011frat\u0131yor. Bu olumsuz durum binan\u0131n depreme kar\u015f\u0131 mukavemetinin b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda d\u00fc\u015fmesi ile sonu\u00e7lan\u0131yor. Bu kayg\u0131 verici tablo, meydana gelecek depremlerde binan\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011finin yok olmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor. Bu nedenle \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 gibi su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yapt\u0131rmak da t\u00fcm binalar i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla hem \u00fclkemizin ekonomik anlamda kalk\u0131nmas\u0131 hem de binalar\u0131m\u0131zda enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flayabilmemiz i\u00e7in elzem olan yal\u0131t\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n, binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda da kritik bir role sahip oldu\u011funu unutmamam\u0131z gerekiyor\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201c\u015eimdi s\u0131ra depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bina seferberli\u011finde!\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ve tarihi veriler T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bir deprem \u00fclkesi oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fini ortaya koyarken, bizlerin de bu ger\u00e7e\u011fi \u00f6m\u00fcrlerimiz boyunca pek \u00e7ok kez deneyimledi\u011fimizi ifade eden \u0130zocam Genel Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Murat Savc\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn son 6 \u015eubat\u2019ta merkez \u00fcss\u00fc Kahramanmara\u015f olan ve toplamda 11 \u015fehrimizi y\u0131k\u0131ma u\u011fratan depremlerle ilgili uzmanlar\u0131n uyar\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 daha \u00f6nce pek \u00e7ok kez i\u015fittik. Nihayetinde ayn\u0131 b\u00f6lgede 9 saat arayla meydana gelen 2 b\u00fcy\u00fck deprem ve art\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 sebebiyle 30 bin bina enkaza d\u00f6nerken 300 binin \u00fczerinde konut kullan\u0131lamaz hale geldi.<\/p>\n<p>Uzmanlar, gelecekte de Marmara Denizi\u2019nin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Erzincan ve Bing\u00f6l\u2019\u00fcn yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 Do\u011fu Anadolu, Kuzey Anadolu ve Varto Fay Zonlar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kesi\u015fti\u011fi alan\u0131n ve son depremde yara alan Hatay ve Adana\u2019n\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgenin, deprem riskiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011fu uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulunuyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00fclkece ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z seferberlikle y\u0131k\u0131ma u\u011frayan illerimizde yaralar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sararken, bir yandan da \u2018\u015eimdi s\u0131ra depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bina seferberli\u011finde!\u2019 diyerek t\u00fcm bu bilimsel verilere uygun \u015fekilde, depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131 binalar in\u015fa etmemiz gerekiyor. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde deprem riski ta\u015f\u0131yan illerimizde de y\u0131k\u0131ma u\u011framamak ad\u0131na bir an \u00f6nce b\u00f6lgelerdeki riskleri analiz ederek gerekli \u00f6nlemleri almam\u0131z b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere \u00fclkemizde 80 y\u0131ld\u0131r deprem \u015fartnamesi uygulan\u0131yor ve 1999 G\u00f6lc\u00fck Depremi sonras\u0131nda yenilenen Deprem Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi, gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fclen hallerde g\u00fcncellenmeye devam ediyor. Binalar\u0131n deprem dayan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in; ba\u015fta Deprem Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi olmak \u00fczere y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki t\u00fcm ilgili kanun ve y\u00f6netmeliklere g\u00f6re projelendirilmeleri, yerinde zemin et\u00fctlerinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi ve bu projeler do\u011frultusunda yap\u0131m tekniklerine uygun olarak in\u015fa edilmeleri gerekiyor.\u201d<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Turkish.
