K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli hidroelektrik santralleri alan\u0131nda ise herhangi bir teklif verilmedi.<\/p>\n<p>Enerji arz\u0131nda yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n pay\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 0.8 oldu\u011fu \u00fclkede bu oran\u0131n 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar y\u00fczde 2.5 seviyesine \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Rus h\u00fck\u00fcmeti 2014-2017 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ise r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisinde 1,100 MW, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde ise 710 MW seviyesine ula\u015fmay\u0131 hedefliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bloomberg haber ajans\u0131na ihale hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Rusya G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Sanayisi Birli\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Anton Usachev, proje onaylar\u0131n\u0131n en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyetleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak verilen ihalede kW ba\u015f\u0131na verilen en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck teklifin 110,000 ruble ($3,451) oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.
