Anla\u015fma uyar\u0131nca Rusya \u00c7in\u2019e 10 y\u0131ll\u0131\u011f\u0131na her y\u0131l\u0131 10 milyon ton olmak \u00fczere ek ham petrol satacak. Rusya, ham petrol\u00fcn\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 halen ba\u015fta Almanya olmak \u00fczere Avrupa \u00fclkelerine ihra\u00e7 ediyor. Resmi verilere g\u00f6re \u00c7in\u2019in Rusya\u2019dan yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 petrol ithalat\u0131 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 24 milyon tonu buldu.<\/p>\n
