Bu nedenle enerji verimlili\u011fi ve enerji tasarrufunun \u00f6nemi \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca, Paris \u0130klim Anla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019na imza atan 196 \u00fclkeden biri olan T\u00fcrkiye, karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda yar\u0131ya, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise<strong> \u2018Karbon S\u0131f\u0131r\u2019 hedefine<\/strong> ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok alanda ciddi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan en \u00f6nemlisi de karbon sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131na en fazla sebep olan enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir. \u00d6zel i\u015fletmelerde, kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flarda enerjinin verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve iyi y\u00f6netilmesi ad\u0131na <strong>Sertifikal\u0131 Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi istihdam\u0131<\/strong> <strong>zorunlu<\/strong> tutulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Konu hakk\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan Karamano\u011flu Mehmetbey \u00dcniversitesi <strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi (KAREN)<\/strong> <strong>M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc<\/strong> <strong>Do\u00e7. Dr. Selmin Ener R\u00fc\u015fen<\/strong>, <em>\u201cKAREN, T.C. Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yetkilendirilmi\u015f Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi ve Et\u00fct (Sanayi ve Bina) Proje Sertifika e\u011fitimlerini verebilen KOP B\u00f6lgesindeki TEK ve \u00fclke genelinde ise toplam 4 merkezden bir tanesidir. 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 Temmuz ay\u0131nda yetkimizi ald\u0131k ve KAREN olarak ge\u00e7en y\u0131l <strong>3 tane Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi, 1 tane Sanayi ve 1 tane Bina Et\u00fct Proje e\u011fitimi<\/strong> olmak \u00fczere <strong>toplam 5 sertifika e\u011fitimi<\/strong> d\u00fczenledik. Enerji Y\u00f6neticili\u011fi Sertifikas\u0131 i\u00e7in bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n belirlemi\u015f oldu\u011fu konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131nda toplam <strong>80 saat<\/strong> olmak \u00fczere<strong> 2 haftal\u0131k<\/strong>, <strong>Et\u00fct Proje Sertifika E\u011fitimleri<\/strong> i\u00e7in ise<strong> 3 hafta 120 saatlik<\/strong> yo\u011fun bir e\u011fitim d\u00fczenlemekteyiz. Enerji y\u00f6neticisi e\u011fitimlerine m\u00fchendislik alan\u0131nda veya teknik e\u011fitim fak\u00fcltelerinin makine, elektrik veya elektrik-elektronik b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde en az lisans d\u00fczeyinde e\u011fitim alm\u0131\u015f ki\u015filer kabul edilmektedir. 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan son y\u00f6netmelikle <strong>mimarlar da<\/strong> art\u0131k Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi e\u011fitimi sonras\u0131 yap\u0131lan s\u0131navdan ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olduklar\u0131nda sertifikay\u0131 alabiliyorlar. Kursiyerlerimize 2 haftal\u0131k e\u011fitim vererek Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi olmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in gereken alt yap\u0131y\u0131 olu\u015fturuyoruz. Dr. Ener R\u00fc\u015fen, <em>\u201cBir TEP, bir ton ham petrol\u00fcn yanmas\u0131yla elde edilen enerjiye kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen enerji birimidir. TEP yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 10 milyon kcal (kilokalori), 42 GJ (gigajoule) veya 11628 kWh (kilowatt-saat) de\u011ferlerine e\u015fittir. Bakanl\u0131k \u00f6ncelikle 1000 TEP\u2019in \u00fczerindeki end\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmelerde, 500 TEP\u2019in \u00fczerindeki veya 20.000 m2 \u00fczeri kapal\u0131 alana sahip ticari binalarda ve 250 TEP\u2019in \u00fczerindeki veya 10.000 m2 \u00fczeri kapal\u0131 alana sahip kamu binalar\u0131nda Sertifikal\u0131 Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi istihdam\u0131 zorunlu tutuyor. B\u00f6ylece sanayi, binalar, enerji \u00fcretim alanlar\u0131, tar\u0131m, ula\u015f\u0131m, vb. her alanda enerjiyi do\u011fru y\u00f6netebilecek, nereye ne kadar enerjinin harcand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru ve etkin takip edebilecek, tasarruf potansiyelleri hakk\u0131nda bilgi sahibi olan ve bu konularda yetkili kurumlardan e\u011fitim alarak uzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015f ki\u015filerin Sertifikal\u0131 Enerji Y\u00f6neticileri olarak istihdam edilmesini sa\u011flamak istiyor. Bu ama\u00e7 do\u011frultusunda gerekli \u015fartlar\u0131 sa\u011flayan KAREN, Sertifikal\u0131 Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi yeti\u015ftirmek \u00fczere bakanl\u0131ktan yetki alm\u0131\u015f 4 merkezden biri olmu\u015ftur. Bizler 2014 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana Karaman\u2019da enerjinin etkin, verimli ve tasarruflu kullan\u0131m\u0131 konular\u0131nda aktif Ar-Ge \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131yor, y\u00fcksek b\u00fct\u00e7eli projeler y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor, \u00f6\u011frencileri yeti\u015ftiriyor, alt yap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 geli\u015ftiriyor, dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131klar ve e\u011fitimler veriyoruz. Karaman\u2019\u0131n da i\u00e7erisinde bulundu\u011fu KOP B\u00f6lgesi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc sanayi, yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131, ula\u015f\u0131m ve tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131nda Enerji Verimli\u011fi ve Y\u00f6netimi konusunda geli\u015fme potansiyeli y\u00fcksek bir b\u00f6lgedir.
