Bununla birlikte vergi yap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde oturdu\u011fu akaryak\u0131t vergisinin de durumunun de\u011fi\u015fmesi gerekecektir. Bu y\u00f6nde arz politikalar\u0131 olu\u015ftururken mali yap\u0131n\u0131n da g\u00f6zdenge\u00e7irilmesi uygun olacakt\u0131r. 20 y\u0131l \u00f6nce LPG\u2019li ara\u00e7lar piyasaya girerken kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan vergi kayb\u0131 \u015fimdi elektrikli ara\u00e7larda da ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin g\u00fczel bir gelece\u011fi olmas\u0131 isteniyorsa bunun i\u00e7in \u00f6zel bir nesil yeti\u015ftirilmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmelidir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cKULLANILMAYAN SU \u00dcRET\u0130LECEK ENERJ\u0130 POTANS\u0130YEL\u0130 VAR\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uysal, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji kaynaklar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin bir \u00fclke olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. \u0130hmal edilen yeralt\u0131 sondaj\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bilinen kaynaklar\u0131n etkin olarak kullan\u0131lamamas\u0131n\u0131n bu sonucu do\u011furdu\u011funa i\u015faret eden Uysal, \u201c2012 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n bol ya\u011f\u0131\u015fl\u0131 olmas\u0131 \u00fclkedeki elektrik enerjisi ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 40\u2019\u0131n\u0131n hidroelektrik santraller ile \u00fcretilmesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Di\u011fer bir \u00f6nemli a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z olan jeotermal kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z ise hen\u00fcz ke\u015ffedilmeyi ve yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmay\u0131 beklemektedir. Bunlar\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kaynaklar olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcndeme gelebilir, ama bunun yan\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli k\u00f6m\u00fcr rezervlerimiz, kalitesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fundan at\u0131l b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de r\u00fczgar elektrik santrallerinden (RES) elde edilebilecek elektrik potansiyeli \u015fu anki i\u015fletmedeki toplam kurulu g\u00fcce denk oldu\u011fu \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dikkat \u00e7eken Uysal, \u201cJeotermal potansiyelimize bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda Avrupa\u2019da birinci d\u00fcnyada \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131raday\u0131z. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi olarak \u00fclkemizi 2700 saat\/ y\u0131l ortalama g\u00fcne\u015flenme s\u00fcresiyle ekonomimize ciddi anlamda enerji \u00fcretimine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayabilecek potansiyele sahiptir.<\/p>\n<p>Hidrolikte Norve\u00e7\u2019ten sonra en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fcretim kapasitesine sahibiz. AB \u00fclkelerine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda art\u0131k biok\u00fctle elektrik \u00fcretimi ve ara\u00e7lar i\u00e7in yak\u0131t \u00fcretiminde ciddi geli\u015fmeler g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. \u00dclkemizde hidrolikte 35 bin MW, r\u00fczg\u00e2rda 48 bin MW, jeotermalde 31 bin 500 MW, biyok\u00fctlede 8,8 MTEP, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde 80 MTEP potansiyel bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu tespitler \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir potansiyelin \u00fclkemizde oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir. Ancak bu potansiyellerin birden hayata ge\u00e7irilmesinin hem teknik, hem mevzuat hem de finans a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ne kadar zor oldu\u011funu ge\u00e7en zaman g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.
