T\u00fcketti\u011fi enerjinin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 ithal eden bir \u00fclke olarak bu tasarrufun \u00fclke ve aile ekonomisine katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilemeyece\u011fini vurgulayan <strong>Baumit T\u00fcrkiye Sat\u0131\u015f ve Pazarlama Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Erdil Din\u00e7er<\/strong>, cep yakan faturalarla m\u00fccadele etti\u011fimiz k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda <strong>\u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>mantolaman\u0131n \u00f6nemine<\/strong> dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki binalar\u0131n % 85\u2019i yal\u0131t\u0131m konusunda s\u0131n\u0131fta kal\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde t\u00fcketilen enerjinin y\u00fczde 70\u2019inin ithal edildi\u011fini ve bu rakam\u0131n neredeyse y\u00fczde 35\u2019inin binalarda kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten <strong>Erdil Din\u00e7er<\/strong>; <em>\u201cBinalarda t\u00fcketilen bu enerjinin de y\u00fczde 80\u2019i \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmada kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00dcstelik bunun maaliyeti 100 milyar dolar\u0131 buluyor. Buna ra\u011fmen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki binalar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>y\u00fczde 85<\/strong>\u2019inde ne yaz\u0131k ki hala ya<strong> yal\u0131t\u0131m bulunmuyor<\/strong> ya da <strong>verimli bir \u015fekilde yal\u0131t\u0131m yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Ancak bir konutta enerji verimlili\u011fini sa\u011flaman\u0131n yolu \u00f6ncelikle \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ti\u011fi i\u00e7in mantolama yapt\u0131rmak art\u0131k bir se\u00e7enekten \u00f6te zorunluluk olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. K\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda i\u00e7 ortam\u0131n \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ya da yaz\u0131n so\u011futulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in harcanan enerjinin i\u00e7eride muhafaza edilebilmesi ad\u0131na binalar\u0131n nitelikli \u015fekilde mantolanmas\u0131 gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc binalarda kullan\u0131lan enerjinin yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak <strong>y\u00fczde 40<\/strong>\u2019\u0131 d\u0131\u015f duvarlardan, <strong>y\u00fczde 17\u2019<\/strong>si kap\u0131lardan, <strong>y\u00fczde 7\u2019si<\/strong> \u00e7at\u0131lardan,<strong> y\u00fczde 6\u2019s\u0131<\/strong> ise d\u00f6\u015femelerden kaybediliyor. Bu noktada iyi hesaplanm\u0131\u015f ve nitelikli bir mantolama sistemiyle <strong>y\u00fczde 50\u2019ye varan enerji tasarrufu<\/strong> sa\u011flamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oluyor\u201d<\/em> \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Karbondioksit emisyonunu azaltarak gelece\u011fe sahip \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n engellenmesinde de en \u00f6nemli g\u00fcndem maddelerinin ba\u015f\u0131nda \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n geldi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken<strong>\u00a0Din\u00e7er<\/strong>, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: <em>\u201cBir metrekarelik alan\u0131n \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 2 a\u011fac\u0131n t\u00fcketti\u011fi karbondioksit miktar\u0131 kadar karbon sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131yor. Biz \u015firket olarak bir y\u0131lda <strong>45 milyon metrekarelik mantolama<\/strong> yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00fcretiyoruz. Bu da her y\u0131l 90 milyon a\u011fa\u00e7l\u0131k bir orman olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz anlam\u0131na geliyor. 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun iki milyar daha artmas\u0131 bekleniyor. E\u011fer \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za ya\u015fanabilir bir d\u00fcnya b\u0131rakma sorumlulu\u011fu duyuyorsak, vakit kaybetmeden <strong>\u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yapt\u0131rmak<\/strong> zorunday\u0131z. Daha az fosil yak\u0131t t\u00fcketimi ve daha fazla \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, gelece\u011fimizi emanet edece\u011fimiz \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za daha iyi bir d\u00fcnya b\u0131rakmak i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlardan birisi.
