Ancak binalardaki enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rarak\u00a0enerji ithalat\u0131n\u0131 ve sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131p, ekonomiye ve \u00e7evreye b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131lar sa\u011flayabiliriz.\u00a0Avrupa Birli\u011fi Ye\u015fil Mutabakata uyum s\u00fcreci devam ederken T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi \u00fcretim \u00fcss\u00fc olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrsek, bizim gibi enerji yo\u011fun sekt\u00f6rlerin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 oldu\u011fu bir \u00fclkede Ye\u015fil Mutabakat ve S\u0131n\u0131rda Karbon Vergisi konusunda gerekli d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc sa\u011flamam\u0131z ve bu s\u00fcreci iyi y\u00f6netmemiz gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc daha ya\u015fan\u0131r ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir d\u00fcnya i\u00e7in kaynaklar\u0131n ak\u0131lc\u0131 ve etkin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 giderek daha fazla \u00f6nem kazan\u0131yor.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cK\u00fcresel iklim krizi enerji verimlili\u011fini zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131yor\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de mevcut binalarda enerji verimlili\u011finin h\u0131zla yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken\u00a0<strong>Tayfun K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcko\u011flu, <em>\u201c<\/em><\/strong><em>T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada artan enerji maliyetleri, hem \u00fcreticilerin hem de t\u00fcketicilerin daha duyarl\u0131 hele gelmeleri gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.\u00a0<strong>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc\u00a0<\/strong>k\u00fcresel iklim krizi, enerji kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u015fehirlerimizde verimlili\u011fi zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131yor. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z binalarda enerji t\u00fcketimini azaltarak gelecek nesillere daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, ya\u015fam kalitesi daha y\u00fcksek \u015fehirler b\u0131rakmak ad\u0131na enerjiyi verimli kullanmak mecburiyetindeyiz. Hem g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn hem de gelece\u011fin \u015fehirlerinde enerji, su, at\u0131k ve zaman verimlili\u011fi en kritik konular aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. \u00c7evreyi korumaya y\u00f6nelik tedbirler, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir gelecek in\u015fa etmemizde \u00f6nemli rol oynuyor\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cS\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir yap\u0131lar i\u00e7in inovatif malzemeler geli\u015ftirmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmeli\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada ye\u015fil bina ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir malzemelerin kullan\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik talep artarken, in\u015faat malzemesi sanayisinin sorumlulu\u011funun artt\u0131\u011f\u0131na vurgu yapan <strong>T\u00fcrkiye \u0130MSAD Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcko\u011flu<\/strong>, \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131; <em>\u201cS\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir yap\u0131lara odaklanarak \u00e7evre dostu yenilik\u00e7i malzemeler geli\u015ftirmeye \u00f6ncelik vermeliyiz. Bug\u00fcn end\u00fcstriyel at\u0131klar\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesiyle in\u015faat malzemeleri \u00fcretilebiliyor.
