Y\u0131llard\u0131r \u00fczerinde konu\u015fulmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 binalar konusunda maalesef istedi\u011fimiz noktada de\u011filiz. \u00dclkemizde mevcut binalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 80\u2019inde hala \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yok. Bu da daha fazla enerji harcanmas\u0131, daha fazla fatura \u00f6denmesi demek. Bug\u00fcne kadar binalar\u0131na \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yapt\u0131rmayanlar i\u00e7in \u015fimdi \u00f6nlerinde \u2018yal\u0131t\u0131m kredisi\u2019 gibi \u00e7ok g\u00fczel bir f\u0131rsat var. Binalar\u0131na yal\u0131t\u0131m yapt\u0131rmak isteyenler y\u00fczde 0,99 faiz oran\u0131yla 50 bin TL\u2019ye kadar 60 ay vadeli olarak kredi kullanabilecek. Bu tasarruf; 124 bin adet a\u011fa\u00e7tan olu\u015fan 50 bin d\u00f6n\u00fcm orman alan\u0131n\u0131n 5 y\u0131l boyunca yuttu\u011fu CO2 miktar\u0131na e\u015f de\u011fer. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ba\u015flayacak bir \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 hareketinin bir di\u011fer faydas\u0131 da yerli sanayine kataca\u011f\u0131 hareketlilik olacak. Zira bu i\u015flemler i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lacak t\u00fcm yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemeleri, yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcniteleri, yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, s\u0131va, al\u00e7\u0131 levha gibi yard\u0131mc\u0131 malzemelerin tamam\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcretiliyor. Enerji Verimli\u011fi Haftas\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fck bir yat\u0131r\u0131m olan \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6neminin alt\u0131n\u0131 bir kez daha \u00e7izmek gerekiyor. Aile b\u00fct\u00e7esi, \u00fclke ekonomisi, \u00e7evrenin korunmas\u0131 ve d\u00fcnyam\u0131z\u0131n gelece\u011fi ad\u0131na yap\u0131lacak en g\u00fczel yat\u0131r\u0131m \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131n in\u015faat maliyetine etkisi olduk\u00e7a az<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda maliyet konusuna da de\u011finen <strong>Eruslu,<\/strong> <em>\u201cYal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131k\u00e7a sa\u011flanacak enerji verimlili\u011fi ayn\u0131 oranda artar. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k kal\u0131nl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n in\u015faat maliyetine etkisi olduk\u00e7a azd\u0131r. Yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda toplam maliyet ikiye katlanmaz ama bu sayede \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmada tasarruf potansiyeli iki kat olur. Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 hem ilk yat\u0131r\u0131m hem i\u015fletme maliyetlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek kendini k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede geri \u00f6der; bina \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca tasarruf sa\u011flamaya devam eder. Yal\u0131t\u0131mla ve Yal\u0131t\u0131m Kredisi ile ilgili bilgi almak isteyenler \u0130ZODER\u2019le temasa ge\u00e7ebilir.\u201d<\/em> vurgusunu yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerji Binalara ge\u00e7i\u015f enerji tasarrufunda \u00f6nemli rol oynayacak<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nca Binalarda Enerji Performans\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nin\u00a0 19 \u015eubat 2022 tarihinde revize edildi\u011fini ifade eden \u00a0Eruslu,\u00a0 yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle, Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerji Binalar (nSEB) ile ilgili tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131n mevzuat sistemimize eklendi\u011fini belirterek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: <em>\u201cBakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 1 Ocak 2023&#8217;ten itibaren, bir parseldeki toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131 5 bin metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck olan t\u00fcm binalar\u0131n enerji performans s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n en az &#8216;B&#8217; olacak \u015fekilde in\u015fa edilmesini ve kullan\u0131lacak enerjinin en az y\u00fczde 5&#8217;ini yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131 zorunlu hale getirdi. 1 Ocak 2025\u2019ten itibaren nSEB konsepti daha da yayg\u0131nla\u015facak. Yeni binalar\u0131n nSEB konseptinde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131 2 bin metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck olan t\u00fcm binalara uygulanacak. \u00dcstelik 1 Ocak 2025\u2019ten itibaren, kalan enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanma oran\u0131 en az %10\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>D\u00fczenlemeyle birlikte, halen &#8220;C&#8221; olan asgari enerji performans\u0131n\u0131n &#8220;B&#8221;ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131, \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesi kal\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131nda da bir miktar art\u0131\u015f\u0131 beraberinde getirecek. Bu kapsamda Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 rehberi dikkate ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda cephelerdeki asgari \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesi kal\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131 \u0130stanbul&#8217;da 5 cm\u2019den 8 cm\u2019ye, Ankara&#8217;da ise 6 cm\u2019den 9 cm\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kacak. \u00c7at\u0131larda ise kal\u0131nl\u0131k \u0130stanbul\u2019da 10 cm\u2019den 14 cm\u2019ye, Ankara\u2019da 12 cm\u2019den 18 cm\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kacak. D\u00f6\u015femelerdeki kal\u0131nl\u0131k art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 Ankara\u2019da 7 cm\u2019den 9 cm\u2019ye, \u0130stanbul\u2019da 5 cm\u2019den 7 cm\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kacak. Ayr\u0131ca kaplamal\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m cam\u0131 \u00fcniteleri ile \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m de\u011ferleri iyile\u015ftirilmi\u015f pencerelerin kullan\u0131m\u0131 artacak.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Enerji limitlerimiz geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler seviyesine getirilmeli<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fine y\u00f6nelik bir\u00e7ok ad\u0131m at\u0131larak enerji limitleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken, \u00fclkemizde 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f enerji limitleri kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. AB\u2019de 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana yeni kamu binalar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili olarak \u00fcretiliyor. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren ise t\u00fcm yeni binalar neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili olarak yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bir\u00e7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkede binalar \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmaya y\u00f6nelik birim metrekaredeki y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi <strong>30-50<\/strong> kW olacak \u015fekilde yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 olarak tasarlan\u0131yor ve in\u015fa ediliyor. \u00dclkemizde ise halen bina enerji t\u00fcketimi <strong>120-150 kW<\/strong> (birim metrekare\/y\u0131l) seviyesinde. Y\u00f6netmelik revizyonu ile kapsama giren toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131 5 bin metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck olan s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131daki yap\u0131larda enerji t\u00fcketimini 100-120 kW seviyesine \u00e7ekmi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. Kapsam d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki binalar ise 120-150kW mertebelerinde enerji t\u00fcketmeye devam edecek. \u00d6zetle hala enerji israf\u0131m\u0131z geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler ile mukayese edildi\u011finde <strong>3<\/strong> ila <strong>5 kat<\/strong> daha fazla.
