Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar tesislerde ya\u015fanan enerji kalitesi problemlerinin<strong> y\u00fczde 35<\/strong>\u2019inin <strong>gerilim \u00e7\u00f6kmeleri (sag)<\/strong>, <strong>y\u00fczde 20\u2019sinin dengesizlik, y\u00fczde 20\u2019sinin de harmonikler kaynakl\u0131 oldu\u011funu<\/strong> g\u00f6steriyor. Bu noktada DynamiX Aktif Harmonik Filtreler (AHF) harmonik problemini \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcyor, dengesizlik problemini ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131yor ve n\u00f6tr toprak aras\u0131 gerilimi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Ayr\u0131ca tesislerde ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilecek rezonans problemlerinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7erek tesislerin g\u00fcvenli \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na devam etmelerini sa\u011fl\u0131yor.\u201d<\/em> \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tesislerde enerji kalitesini art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00f6neriler<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Enerji kalitesi problemlerinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerek tespit edilmesi gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen <strong>B\u00fcy\u00fckde\u011firmenci<\/strong>, \u201cTespitin ard\u0131ndan nokta at\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fer ya\u015fanan enerji kalitesi problemleri harmonikler, rezonans, dengesizlik, n\u00f6tr-toprak gerilimi kaynakl\u0131 ise <strong>DynamiX AHF kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> \u00f6neriyoruz. Ayr\u0131ca reaktif g\u00fc\u00e7ten cezaya giren i\u015fletmeler i\u00e7in <strong>DynamiX Static Var Generatorler (SVG)<\/strong> kesin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olacakt\u0131r. Dynami<strong>X<\/strong> AHF, 2\u2019den 51\u2019e kadar olan b\u00fct\u00fcn harmonikleri yok ediyor ve y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 kompanzasyon \u00f6zelli\u011fi sayesinde enerji kalitesi problemlerini ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131yor. Y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 kompanzasyon \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahip olan SVG\u2019ler de 2\u2019den 13. harmoni\u011fe kadar harmonik filtreleme yapabiliyor ve enerji kalitesi problemleri ya\u015fayan tesislerin \u00e7o\u011funa do\u011frudan nokta at\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olabiliyor.\u201d diye belirtti.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tesisten tesise sorunlar ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6steriyor <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ticari i\u015fletmelerde \u00f6zellikle kompanzasyon panosunda filtresiz kondansat\u00f6r kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n enerji kalitesine do\u011frudan etki etti\u011fini ifade eden<strong> B\u00fcy\u00fckde\u011firmenci<\/strong>, <em>\u201cAyr\u0131ca bu tip i\u015fletmelerde enerji tasarruflu ve LED\u2019li ayd\u0131nlatma sistemleri yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in harmonik problemleriyle ve y\u00fcksek n\u00f6tr toprak gerilimleriyle yayg\u0131n olarak kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Sanayi tesislerinde ise ark ocaklar\u0131, konvey\u00f6r sistemleri, fan pompa motor s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcleri, HVAC sistemleri vb. \u00fcniteler y\u00fcksek seviyede harmonik yarat\u0131yor. Bu tip tesislerde AHF kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz. Yan\u0131 s\u0131ra punto kaynak sistemleri ve di\u011fer robotik sistemlerin yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 otomotiv gibi sekt\u00f6rlerde reaktif g\u00fc\u00e7 ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6steriyor ve klasik kompanzasyon \u00fcniteleri bu reaktif g\u00fc\u00e7 ak\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fikliklere yeterince h\u0131zl\u0131 tepki veremiyor. Harmonikler iletkenlerde de ekstra kay\u0131plara neden olabiliyor. Yan\u0131 s\u0131ra harmonikler kaynakl\u0131 tesislerin enerji kalitesindeki bozulmalar kullan\u0131lan elektrikli cihazlar\u0131n daha s\u0131k ar\u0131zalanmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca, \u00fcretim hatlar\u0131nda durmalar ve i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc kay\u0131plar\u0131 \u015firketlere ciddi mali y\u00fck getiriyor.
