Ko\u00e7finans, sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ve Anadolu \u00fcniversiteleri ile i\u015f birli\u011fi yaparak inovasyon d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi taahh\u00fcd\u00fcn\u00fc hayata ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda teknoloji alan\u0131nda kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in Anadolu \u00fcniversitelerinin <strong>M\u00fchendislik ve Fen Fak\u00fclteleri\u2019nde<\/strong> \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6ren,<strong> teknoloji<\/strong> ve<strong> inovasyon<\/strong> alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak isteyen gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar\u0131n yolunu a\u00e7mak, onlar\u0131 profesyonel hayata donan\u0131ml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde haz\u0131rlamak i\u00e7in <strong>\u2018Mentorluk Program\u0131\u2019<\/strong>n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irdi. Bunun yan\u0131nda taahh\u00fctlerin ana aksiyonlar\u0131ndan biri olarak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00f6nde gelen sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131ndan<strong> T\u00fcrk E\u011fitim Vakf\u0131 (TEV)<\/strong> ile M\u00fchendislik ve Fen Fak\u00fclteleri\u2019nde \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6ren gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar\u0131 teknoloji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya te\u015fvik etmek i\u00e7in burs deste\u011fi de veriliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>%50 kad\u0131n-erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131<\/strong> ile bu konuda sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6nc\u00fc \u015firketlerden biri olan Ko\u00e7finans, <strong>2022 Mart ay\u0131nda<\/strong> taahh\u00fctlerini a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015f,<strong> teknoloji ve inovasyon<\/strong> alan\u0131nda e\u015fitlik yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131na verdi\u011fi \u00f6nemi vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ko\u00e7finans; bu kapsamda hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fi projelerle teknoloji ve inovasyon d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda <strong>kad\u0131n erkek e\u015fitli\u011fine ili\u015fkin fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmay\u0131<\/strong>, \u015firket genelinde<strong> %50<\/strong> olan kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131n\u0131 korurken,<strong> teknoloji ve inovasyon<\/strong> alan\u0131nda kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct etmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2022 Aral\u0131k<\/strong> ay\u0131nda ba\u015flayan <strong>Mentorluk Program\u0131<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda; ilk olarak Eski\u015fehir Teknik \u00dcniversitesi ve Samsun Ondokuz May\u0131s \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nin M\u00fchendislik ve Fen Fak\u00fclteleri\u2019nde e\u011fitim g\u00f6ren, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve kariyer geli\u015fimine a\u00e7\u0131k <strong>33 \u00f6\u011frenci<\/strong>, Ko\u00e7finans tak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu <strong>11 ki\u015filik<\/strong> mentorluk ekibinden <strong>1 akademik y\u0131l boyunca<\/strong> mentorluk deste\u011fi alacak. Program \u00f6ncesinde menteelerin, mentorluk kavram\u0131n\u0131 derinlemesine kavrayarak maksimum fayda edinmeleri amac\u0131yla Digitallica taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan <strong>mentor\/mentee e\u011fitimleri<\/strong> ile hem mentorlar\u0131n hem de menteelerin bilin\u00e7li bir \u015fekilde programdan verim almas\u0131 ama\u00e7land\u0131. Programa kat\u0131lan \u00f6\u011frenciler Ko\u00e7finans\u2019\u0131n BT ve Ar-Ge tak\u0131mlar\u0131nda k\u0131sa ve uzun d\u00f6nem staj, uzaktan yar\u0131 zamanl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma imk\u00e2n\u0131 ve Ko\u00e7finans b\u00fcnyesinde istihdam edilmek \u00fczere de\u011ferlendirme \u015fans\u0131 yakalayacak.<\/p>\n<p>Toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi taahh\u00fctleri d\u00e2hilinde gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar\u0131n yolunu a\u00e7mak ve onlara umut vermekten \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc \u00e7ok mutlu olduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirten <strong>Ko\u00e7finans Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Y. P\u0131nar Kitap\u00e7\u0131; <\/strong><em>\u201c2022 Mart ay\u0131nda grup \u015firketlerimizin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda <strong>\u2018Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi\u2019<\/strong> anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 duyurmu\u015ftuk. Tasarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z projeleri de daha \u00f6nce \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan beslenerek yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z <strong>\u2018Ko\u00e7finans Turuncu Kanatlar \u0130yilik Hareketi\u2019<\/strong> \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda konumland\u0131rd\u0131k.
