Bu sayede \u0131s\u0131l konfor \u015fartlar\u0131 bozulmadan enerji t\u00fcketimlerinden <strong>ortalama y\u00fczde 25 tasarruf<\/strong> sa\u011flanmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>1 Ocak 2023 tarihinden itibaren toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131 <strong>5 bin metrekareyi<\/strong> ge\u00e7en parsellerde, projeleri bu <strong>uygulamaya g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanmayan binalara ruhsat<\/strong> d\u00fczenlenemeyecek.
