Bu y\u00f6netmelikle birlikte art\u0131k \u00fclkemizde de belli bir alan b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne sahip olan binalar, enerjisinin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 kendisi \u00fcretecek, kalan enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 da \u00e7ok daha verimli bir \u015fekilde kullanacak. NSEB \u015fart\u0131 1 Ocak 2025&#8217;ten itibaren 2 bin metrekareye \u00e7ekilece\u011fi i\u00e7in \u015fimdiden pek \u00e7ok binan\u0131n bu do\u011frultuda in\u015fa edilece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cYal\u0131t\u0131m malzemelerinin kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve niteli\u011fi artacak\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Enerji performans s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n \u2018C\u2019den \u2018B\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 ile birlikte \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan malzemelerin kal\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131nda da art\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden <strong>Turan<\/strong>, <em>\u201cBu y\u00f6netmelikle birlikte yaln\u0131zca kal\u0131nl\u0131k de\u011fil kullan\u0131lan malzemelerin \u0131s\u0131l iletkenlik katsay\u0131lar\u0131nda da iyile\u015fme olacak. Bu da piyasada kaliteli ve nitelikli \u00fcr\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131racak. Biz ODE Yal\u0131t\u0131m olarak bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecine \u00fcretim kapasitemiz, insan kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve teknolojimiz ile haz\u0131r\u0131z\u201d<\/em> diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cBina yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ile 15 milyar dolar enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flayabiliriz\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki toplam 22 milyonun hanenin y\u00fczde 80\u2019inde yal\u0131t\u0131m uygulamas\u0131 bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 veya \u00e7ok zay\u0131f yal\u0131t\u0131m uygulamas\u0131 oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan <strong>Turan<\/strong>, yeni bina stoklar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131yla birlikte binalar i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan enerji t\u00fcketiminin azalaca\u011f\u0131na da dikkat \u00e7ekti. <strong>Turan<\/strong> \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti; \u201cBir\u00e7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkede binalar, \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmaya y\u00f6nelik birim metrekaredeki y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi 30-50 kW olacak \u015fekilde yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 olarak tasarlan\u0131yor. \u00dclkemizdeki binalar ise halen 120-150 kW seviyelerinde enerji t\u00fcketiyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla enerji israf\u0131m\u0131z geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler ile k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7ok daha fazla. Bu kapsamda birim metrekaredeki y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrece\u011fi i\u00e7in y\u00f6netmelikle yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi olumlu bir ad\u0131m olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bununla birlikte \u00fclkemizde yaln\u0131zca bina yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ile g\u00fcncel fiyatlarla y\u0131ll\u0131k 15 milyar dolar enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flayabiliriz.
