T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yenilenebilir enerji \u00fcretiminin en fazla oldu\u011fu ikinci elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m b\u00f6lgesinde faaliyet g\u00f6steren <strong>Osmangazi Elektrik Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m A\u015e (OEDA\u015e), <\/strong>\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda ba\u015fta<strong> yenilenebilir enerji<\/strong> kaynaklar\u0131 olmak \u00fczere <strong>\u015febeke sistemine dahil<\/strong> olacak <strong>farkl\u0131 enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n entegre bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor. OEDA\u015e\u2019\u0131n bu hedef do\u011frultusunda <strong>3 y\u0131l<\/strong> \u00f6nce dahil oldu\u011fu <strong>AB Ufuk 2020 \u00e7er\u00e7eve program\u0131<\/strong> destekli <strong>PlaMES (Integrated Planning of Multi Energy Systems \/ \u00c7oklu Enerji Sistemlerinin Entegre Planlamas\u0131) projesi<\/strong>nde son a\u015famaya gelindi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OEDA\u015e Ar-Ge M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ural Hala\u00e7o\u011flu<\/strong> proje kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi. Almanya ve \u0130talya\u2019dan alt\u0131 kurum ve kurulu\u015fun yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 projede T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi temsil ettiklerini s\u00f6yleyen <strong>Hala\u00e7o\u011flu<\/strong>, <em>\u201cOEDA\u015e olarak Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin <strong>Ufuk 2020 Program\u0131<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda; g\u00fcvenli, temiz ve verimli enerji sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7e\u015fitli projelerde yer al\u0131yoruz. <strong>PlaMES projesi<\/strong> de gelece\u011fin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu piyasas\u0131n\u0131 yarat\u0131rken, sistemlerin entegre \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak yeni bir planlama arac\u0131 tasarlama hedefiyle hayata ge\u00e7irildi. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te hizmet b\u00f6lgemizdeki farkl\u0131 <strong>enerji \u00fcretim<\/strong> ve <strong>t\u00fcketim kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong> kullan\u0131ld\u0131. \u00dc\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sonucunda, bu <strong>planlama arac\u0131nda (DSS-Decision Support System),<\/strong> proje ekibinin altyap\u0131s\u0131nda <strong>kullan\u0131lacak algoritmalar<\/strong> ve <strong>web aray\u00fczleri<\/strong> geli\u015ftirildi. OEDA\u015e pilot b\u00f6lgesinde, merkezi olmayan yenilenebilir enerji sistemlerine y\u00f6nelik planlama arac\u0131 i\u00e7in bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda bulunuldu. Hem sistem bilgilerini hem de b\u00f6lgenin istatistiki verilerini kapsayan bu payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, g\u00fcncel sistem test edilerek geri bildirimlerle planlama arac\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131. Bu durum \u00fclkemizi de yak\u0131ndan ilgilendiren uluslararas\u0131 anla\u015fmalarda ge\u00e7erli olan emisyon azaltma hedeflerine daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 gibi bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te olu\u015fabilecek finansal yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n da \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ecektir.
