Gelir getirmeyen suyun azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n elzem oldu\u011funu vurgulayan \u00d6zdikmen, <strong>\u201csuyu bilin\u00e7li y\u00f6netmek zorunday\u0131z\u201d<\/strong> dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Dide \u00d6zdikmen, ALTER\u2019in, m\u00fc\u015favir\u00a0dal\u0131nda \u00f6d\u00fcle lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u00a0\u2018\u2019Gaziantep \u0130\u00e7me suyu \u015eebekesinin Haritalanmas\u0131 ve Hidrolik Modelin Olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k \u0130\u015finde\u2019\u2019\u00a0yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara da de\u011finerek \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c\u0130darelerde suyun d\u00fczg\u00fcn y\u00f6netilmesi i\u00e7in Entegre \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u015fart.. Su idareleri ve belediyeler \u00f6ncellikle su temin sistemi ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febekesinin envanterlerini \u00e7\u0131kartmal\u0131. Bunun i\u00e7in boru ve armat\u00fcrlerin yerinde tespiti ve say\u0131salla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak altl\u0131k harita ve imar plan\u0131na i\u015flenmesi ve CBS ortam\u0131na aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekli. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak se\u00e7ilecek en az 2 adet pilot alt b\u00f6lgede kay\u0131p ve ka\u00e7ak arama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131lmal\u0131. Bu i\u015flemlerden sonra bas\u0131n\u00e7 zonlar\u0131 belirlenmi\u015f, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlenebilir alt b\u00f6lgeleri tespit edilmi\u015f sistemin kalibrasyonlu hidrolik modeli i\u015fletilerek \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re \u00f6ncellikli olarak yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken boru de\u011fi\u015fim-yenileme projeleri haz\u0131rlanmal\u0131 ve ilk yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyetleri belirlenmeli. \u00dcretilen, iletilen, depolanan ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lan suyun \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlenebilir alt b\u00f6lge giri\u015fleri de dahil kay\u0131tlar\u0131 SCADA sistemine aktar\u0131lmal\u0131.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma ve su sorunu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yo\u011fun kentle\u015fme, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 n\u00fcfus art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve artan g\u0131da talebi nedeniyle suya her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha fazla ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmakta, su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve optimum kullan\u0131m\u0131 da bu do\u011frultuda b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131makta\u2026 Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede son zamanlarda su kay\u0131p ve ka\u00e7aklar\u0131 d\u00fcnya genelindeki t\u00fcm geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler taraf\u0131ndan yak\u0131ndan takip edilen, gelecek nesiller i\u00e7in suyun korunmas\u0131n\u0131n gereklili\u011fi do\u011frultusunda, k\u00fcresel bir sorun olarak alg\u0131lanan, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin su y\u00f6netiminde de ciddi bir g\u00fcndem olu\u015fturan ve \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektiren bir alan olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>K\u00fcresel su sorunu hangi seviyede?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>D\u00fcnya \u00fczerindeki <strong>1,4 milyar\u00a0km\u00b3<\/strong>\u2019l\u00fck su rezervinin sadece y\u00fczde 1\u2019i kullan\u0131ma uygun. K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n etkisiyle d\u00fcnyadaki tatl\u0131 su rezervlerinin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 25\u2019inin kaybedilece\u011fi belirtiliyor. Zaman\u0131nda etkin \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmazsa d\u00fcnyay\u0131 bu konuda i\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131c\u0131 olmayan bir gelecek bekliyor.<\/p>\n<p>2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun 9 milyara ula\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar mevcut su rezervinin d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaya yeterli olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Mevcut durumda bile yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyar insan yeterli i\u00e7me suyundan yoksun olarak ya\u015f\u0131yor. 2,3 milyar ki\u015fi sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 suya ula\u015fam\u0131yor ve y\u0131lda 7 milyon ki\u015fi suyla ilgili hastal\u0131klardan dolay\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitiriyor.
