Yeni teknolojiler olmadan maalesef s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Bu sekt\u00f6rleri b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131racak teknolojiler mevcut, ancak bunlar hen\u00fcz geli\u015ftirme a\u015famas\u0131nda ve olduk\u00e7a da maliyetli\u201d dedi. \u00c7imento \u00f6zelinde konu\u015fmas\u0131na devam eden Gencel, \u201cSekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczde hammadde olan kire\u00e7ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7imentoya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesine ili\u015fkin emisyonlar var. Elbette bir karbon azaltma stratejimiz var. Geleneksel y\u00f6ntemlerin de bu stratejide \u00f6nemli bir rol\u00fc oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemeliyim. Biyok\u00fctle i\u00e7eren alternatif yak\u0131tlar veya enerji verimlili\u011fi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ile enerji emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltabiliriz. Yine \u00e7imentonun ana maddelerinden klinker yerine farkl\u0131 hammaddeler kullanmak emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in faydal\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Yine de bu geleneksel y\u00f6ntemler net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon i\u00e7in yeterli de\u011fil, geli\u015fen teknolojilere ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00dcRK END\u00dcSTR\u0130S\u0130N\u0130N YEN\u0130 TEKNOLOJ\u0130LER\u0130 UYGULAMAK \u0130\u00c7\u0130N ALTYAPI \u0130HT\u0130YACI VAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ar-Ge, politika ve yasal \u00e7er\u00e7eve, destekleyici altyap\u0131, devlet deste\u011fi, toplum taraf\u0131ndan kabul g\u00f6rme ve e\u011fitim ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 alt\u0131nda ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 anlatan Gencel, <em>\u201c\u00d6ncelikle ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve geli\u015ftirme projelerine ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var. Pilot projeler, end\u00fcstriyel \u00f6l\u00e7ekli projeler ve kamu finansman\u0131 gerekiyor. Y\u00fcksek enerji talebi olan bir sekt\u00f6rdeyiz.
