Kar y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn zay\u0131f \u00e7at\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6kme\/hasar riski olu\u015fturmas\u0131 da bir ba\u015fka problemi do\u011furuyor. \u00c7at\u0131 kat\u0131nda ikamet eden bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fi s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131 ve \u00e7at\u0131 hasar\u0131 kaynakl\u0131 sorunlar ya\u015f\u0131yor. Olu\u015fan bu s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131lar ve donmalar ile k\u0131\u015f \u015fartlar\u0131nda m\u00fccadele etmek, insanlar i\u00e7in fiziksel ve psikolojik olarak y\u0131prat\u0131c\u0131 olabiliyor. S\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131n\u0131n boyutuna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ev i\u00e7erisinde farkl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fcklerde maddi hasarlar meydana geliyor. K\u0131\u015f d\u00f6nemi atlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise hem ev i\u00e7erisinde olu\u015fan hasarlar hem de \u00e7at\u0131da s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131ya sebep olan hasarlar i\u00e7in tamir tela\u015f\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Ancak bu tamir i\u015flemi maalesef sorunu kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak \u00e7\u00f6zemiyor.
