Buna paralel olarak, konuyla ilgili mevcut eksiklikleri tespit etmek i\u00e7in toplumsal cinsiyete duyarl\u0131 bir kurumsal de\u011ferlendirme ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Bu de\u011ferlendirmelerin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda, kapsay\u0131c\u0131 y\u00f6ntemlerle iyile\u015ftirme \u00f6nlemleri planland\u0131 ve uyguland\u0131. <strong>3 y\u0131ll\u0131k<\/strong> yo\u011fun bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Limak Yat\u0131r\u0131m, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>UNDP<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan yeniden denetlendi ve <strong>100<\/strong> \u00fczerinden <strong>96,52<\/strong> puan alarak <strong>Alt\u0131n Kategori \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc<\/strong>&#8216;ne lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Program kapsam\u0131nda Limak, f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi perspektifini uygulamak ve t\u00fcm politika, prosed\u00fcr ve sistemlerin e\u015fitlik, \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k vizyonuyla standartla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in E\u015fitlik Y\u00f6netim Sistemi\u2019ni hayata ge\u00e7irdi ve bir E\u015fitlik Komitesi kurdu. <strong>&#8220;E\u015fit \u0130\u015fe E\u015fit \u00dccret&#8221;<\/strong> prensibinin takibi, <strong>kad\u0131nlar\u0131n karar alma pozisyonlar\u0131na eri\u015fiminin te\u015fvik edilmesi<\/strong> ve <strong>kad\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi<\/strong> ilkeleri uygulamaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Ayr\u0131ca <strong>i\u015fe al\u0131m<\/strong> ve <strong>terfilerde<\/strong> kad\u0131n oran\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k olarak takip edilmesi ve raporlanmas\u0131, e\u011fitim ve kariyer f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015fletilmesi, i\u015f-ya\u015fam dengesine duyarl\u0131 uygulamalar geli\u015ftirilmesi ve <strong>cinsel taciz<\/strong> ve <strong>cinsiyete dayal\u0131<\/strong> <strong>\u015fiddete kar\u015f\u0131 s\u0131f\u0131r tolerans politikas\u0131<\/strong> gibi kazan\u0131mlar elde edildi.<\/p>\n<p><em>Limak \u015eirketler Grubu Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131<\/em> <strong>Ebru \u00d6zdemir<\/strong>, 2 Kas\u0131m 2022 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bas\u0131n bulu\u015fmas\u0131nda, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131na \u00f6rnek olacak de\u011ferli bir modelin geli\u015ftirilmesine \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmekten <strong>mutluluk<\/strong> ve <strong>gurur duydu\u011funu<\/strong> belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Ebru \u00d6zdemir, <em>&#8220;UNDP&#8217;nin k\u00fcresel \u00e7apta sundu\u011fu bu program sayesinde Limak Yat\u0131r\u0131m b\u00fcnyesinde E\u015fitlik M\u00fchr\u00fc Program\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 tamamlamak i\u00e7in yo\u011fun \u00e7aba sarf ettik. T\u00fcm departmanlardan kad\u0131n ve erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla bir E\u015fitlik Komitesi olu\u015fturduk ve kurum i\u00e7i e\u011fitimler, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan anketleri, bireysel ve odak grup g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri yaparak eylem plan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 geli\u015ftirdik. Bu eylem plan\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla uygulad\u0131k ve<strong> y\u00fczde 96,52<\/strong> gibi y\u00fcksek bir puanla<strong> ba\u015far\u0131 sertifikas\u0131<\/strong> almaya hak kazand\u0131k. Bir sonraki ad\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z, bu program\u0131 Limak Turizm Grubu&#8217;ndan ba\u015flayarak Grup b\u00fcnyesindeki di\u011fer \u015firketlere de yaymak olacak.
