Faaliyet ve projelerin \u00e7evreye olan etkileri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak Ek-1<\/strong> ve EK-2<\/strong> Listelerinde d\u00fczenlemeler i\u00e7eren yeni y\u00f6netmelik ile \u00c7ED Raporu haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131<\/strong> zorunlu olan faaliyetlerin say\u0131s\u0131<\/strong> artt\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken Ek-2 Listesi\u2019nde<\/strong> yer alan faaliyetlerin\/projelerin<\/strong> de \u00e7evresel etkilerinin daha kapsaml\u0131 ve detayl\u0131 \"\"incelenmesi i\u00e7in Ek-1 Listesi\u2019nde<\/strong> yer alan faaliyetlerde\/projelerde oldu\u011fu gibi k\u00fcm\u00fclatif etki<\/strong> de\u011ferlendirmesi yap\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00e7evresel<\/strong> ve sosyal eylem plan\u0131<\/strong> haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik<\/strong> ve \u00e7evre izleme plan\u0131 haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131<\/strong> zorunlu hale getirildi. – G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi<\/strong> ile ilgili d\u00fczenlemelerde, elektriksel g\u00fc\u00e7 ifadeleri (MWe), mekanik g\u00fc\u00e7<\/strong> (MWm) olarak g\u00fcncellendi.<\/p>\n

– Ek-2 41. madde, Proje alan\u0131 2 hektar<\/strong> ve \u00fczerinde veya kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 1 MWm<\/strong> ve \u00fczerinde olan \u00e7at\u0131 ve cephe sistemleri hari\u00e7 g\u00fcne\u015f enerji santralleri olarak d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n

R\u00fczgar, jeotermal<\/strong> ve hidroelektrik<\/strong> i\u00e7in d\u00fczenlemeler de i\u00e7eren y\u00f6netmelikte, y\u0131ll\u0131k olarak 1.5 milyon ton<\/strong> ve \u00fczerinde karbon yakalama<\/strong> ve jeolojik depolanma projeleri<\/strong> Ek-1 kapsam\u0131nda al\u0131n\u0131rken Ek-2 ile karbon yakalama<\/strong> ve depolama<\/strong> amac\u0131yla karbondioksitin boru hatlar\u0131 ile ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131<\/strong> d\u00fczenlemesi de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n
