GEBK\u0130M OSB Konferans Salonu<\/strong>\u2019nda d\u00fczenlenen toplant\u0131 ile projeden yararlan\u0131c\u0131lar, Afet ve Acil Durum Y\u00f6netimi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (AFAD)<\/strong> ve di\u011fer organize sanayi b\u00f6lge temsilcileri<\/strong>ne proje s\u00fcresince yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n

Acil M\u00fcdahale Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131<\/strong>\u2019n\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7i\u015fiyle ilgili de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunan ve GEBK\u0130M\u2019nin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu ekosistem<\/strong> ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00f6nc\u00fc, \u00f6rnek OSB\u2019lerinden biri<\/strong> oldu\u011funu belirten GEBK\u0130M\"\" Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131<\/em> Vefa \u0130brahim Arac\u0131<\/strong>, \u201cYapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda her zaman kent, insan<\/strong> ve \u00e7evre<\/strong> ilkesiyle hareket etmeyi<\/strong> s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Bu ama\u00e7la insan eme\u011fini koruyan<\/strong> ekosistemimiz i\u00e7erisinde \u00fclkemiz ekonomisine katk\u0131<\/strong> sa\u011flayacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00e7evreye uyumlu \u015fekilde<\/strong> harekete ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6steriyoruz. Olas\u0131 kazalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7meyi hedefledi\u011fimiz Acil M\u00fcdahale Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> projemizle dijitalle\u015fme<\/strong> s\u00fcrecini fabrikalar\u0131m\u0131zdan OSB\u2019mizin t\u00fcm alanlar\u0131nda uygulamay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131k. Teknolojinin g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn bize sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 avantajlar\u0131 da g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne alarak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk kez ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bir projeyi hayata ge\u00e7irmenin b\u00fcy\u00fck gururunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz.\u201d<\/em> ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Avrupa Birli\u011fi<\/strong> ile \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong>\u2019n\u0131n da destekledi\u011fi proje kapsam\u0131nda GEBK\u0130M OSB \u00fczerinde yapay zek\u00e2<\/strong> ile otonom<\/strong> \u015fekilde hareket edecek olan insans\u0131z hava ara\u00e7lar\u0131<\/strong> olas\u0131 kazalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ecek ve yang\u0131nlar b\u00fcy\u00fcmeden m\u00fcdahale edilebilmesini sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n

AC\u0130L DURUMLARDA OTOMAT\u0130K OLARAK \u0130LG\u0130L\u0130 KURULU\u015eLAR UYARILACAK<\/strong><\/h3>\n

GEBK\u0130M OSB\u2019yi ba\u015fta riskli b\u00f6lgeler<\/strong> olmak \u00fczere 7<\/strong> g\u00fcn 24 saat<\/strong> izleyecek olan \u0130HA<\/strong>\u2019lardan gelen veriler Komuta Merkezi<\/strong>\u2019nde toplanacak. Olas\u0131 bir tehlike<\/strong> durumunda otomatik<\/strong> olarak itfaiye, AFAD, Sa\u011fl\u0131k Birimleri, Ulusal Zehir Merkezi<\/strong> gibi kamu kurulu\u015flar\u0131na haber verecek olan sistem, fabrika yetkilileri<\/strong>ni de mobil uygulama<\/strong> \u00fczerinden uyar\u0131 g\u00f6nderecek.<\/p>\n

Kurulumundan aktif edilme s\u00fcrecine kadar ge\u00e7en 18 ayl\u0131k<\/strong> zamanda sistemin verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmesi<\/strong> i\u00e7in t\u00fcm GEBK\u0130M<\/strong> ve kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 firma<\/strong> acil durum ekiplerinin temel ilk yard\u0131m, acil durum e\u011fitimleri, yang\u0131n riski de\u011ferlendirmesi, kimyasal d\u00f6k\u00fclme<\/strong> ve s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131, yang\u0131na m\u00fcdahale<\/strong> gibi kimya sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde<\/strong> b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz eden konularda e\u011fitimler<\/strong> verildi. 12<\/strong> e\u011fitim ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve 3<\/strong> seminerden olu\u015fan programla yakla\u015f\u0131k 2.000 ki\u015fiye<\/strong> verilen e\u011fitimler sonunda i\u015fveren<\/strong> ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n<\/strong> bireysel ve kurumsal kapasiteleri art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Proje kapsam\u0131nda kimya sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde gelece\u011fin nitelikli i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong> olu\u015fturacak GEBK\u0130M E\u011fitim<\/strong>, Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve Sa\u011fl\u0131k Vakf\u0131\u2019na<\/strong> ait Dilovas\u0131’ndaki GEBK\u0130M Mesleki<\/strong> ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi<\/strong>\u2019nde 400\u2019\u00fc a\u015fk\u0131n<\/strong> \u00f6\u011frenciye de Afet Bilinci ve Acil Durum E\u011fitimi <\/strong>verildi.<\/p>\n

18 AYLIK S\u00dcRE\u00c7TE ELDE ED\u0130LEN VER\u0130LER S\u0130STEME ENTEGRE ED\u0130LD\u0130<\/strong><\/h3>\n

GEBK\u0130M OSB\u2019de faaliyette olan 40 i\u015fletmeye<\/strong> proje ekibi teknik uzmanlar<\/strong> ile birlikte acil durum yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131<\/strong> ve haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n tespit edilmesi, durum analizi, risk de\u011ferlendirmesi<\/strong> ve acil durum planlar\u0131n\u0131n incelenmesi<\/strong> amac\u0131yla saha ziyareti<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Kom\u015fu OSB\u2019ler ile i\u015fbirli\u011fi kurulmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda proje ekibi taraf\u0131ndan 8 organize sanayi b\u00f6lgesi<\/strong>nin itfaiye birimleri<\/strong> de gezilerek ziyaret edildi. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan elde edilen veriler de acil durumlarda<\/strong> t\u00fcm OSB\u2019de<\/strong> etkin koordinasyonu sa\u011flamaya y\u00f6nelik sisteme entegre edildi.<\/p>\n
