T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti<\/strong> ile Rusya Federasyonu<\/strong> aras\u0131nda akdedilen 15.07.2010<\/strong> tarihli H\u00fck\u00fcmetleraras\u0131 Anla\u015fma<\/strong> uyar\u0131nca yap\u0131m\u0131 devam eden Akkuyu N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali Projesi kapsam\u0131nda \u015firketimiz IC \u0130\u00e7ta\u015f A.\u015e.\u2019nin Titan-2<\/strong> \u015firketiyle (Rosatom ortakl\u0131) %50-50 e\u015fit oranda hissedar oldu\u011fu T2-IC Ortak Giri\u015fim \u015eirketi<\/strong> proje i\u015fvereni Akkuyu N\u00fckleer A.\u015e. ile M\u00fchendislik, \"\"Tedarik ve \u0130n\u015faat S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019ni 22.07.2019<\/strong> tarihinde imzalam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Akkuyu N\u00fckleer A.\u015e., 26.07.2022 tarihinde T2-IC Ortak Giri\u015fim \u015eirketi<\/strong>\u2019ne haks\u0131z ve hukuksuz bir fesih giri\u015fiminde bulunmu\u015f olup Proje kapsam\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm i\u015flerin derhal durdurulmas\u0131<\/strong> talimat\u0131 verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Projeye ortak giri\u015fim orta\u011f\u0131 olarak kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131m\u0131zdan bug\u00fcne kadar \u015firketimizin t\u00fcm y\u00f6netsel, teknik<\/strong> ve finansal kapasitesini bu projeye adam\u0131\u015f ve proje ilerlemesinde t\u00fcm taraflar\u0131n takdir etti\u011fi ciddi bir performans seviyesini yakalam\u0131\u015f bulunmaktay\u0131z. Nitekim hen\u00fcz ge\u00e7en hafta ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen 4. G\u00fc\u00e7 \u00dcnitesi<\/strong> temel atma t\u00f6reninde t\u00fcm \u00fcst yetkililer taraf\u0131ndan bu durum kamuoyu \u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00f6vg\u00fcyle ifade edilmi\u015ftir. \u00a0Projede 25 bin<\/strong> T\u00fcrk personelin istihdam\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f, y\u00f6netim kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendislerinden olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f, ilgili alt y\u00fcklenicilerin, tedarik\u00e7ilerin<\/strong> ve T\u00fcrk sanayiinin projeye<\/strong> kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7aba sarf edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Akkuyu N\u00fckleer A.\u015e.<\/strong> Cumhuriyet tarihinin tek kalemdeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck yat\u0131r\u0131m s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi<\/strong>ni feshetme giri\u015fimiyle Proje\u2019deki T\u00fcrk payda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rma sonucunu olu\u015fturmakta ve proje genel y\u00fcklenicisi olarak tamamen Rus men\u015feili<\/strong> ba\u015fka bir \u015firketi tayin etme y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ad\u0131mlar atmaktad\u0131r. Tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00fclkemizin elektrik talebinin % 10<\/strong>\u2019unu tek ba\u015f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131layacak Akkuyu NGS Projesi<\/strong> yap\u0131m s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin durdurulmas\u0131 ve tahliye s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine ba\u015flanmas\u0131 ile proje\u2019nin selametinin b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda etkilenece\u011fi, b\u00f6yle bir karar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131n telafisi imkans\u0131z b\u00fcy\u00fck zararlara yol a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Gelinen noktada, t\u00fcm \u00f6nceli\u011fimizin Proje\u2019ye kendisini adam\u0131\u015f 1000’lerce \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> ve i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcvenlikleri<\/strong>nin korunmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu, konuyla ilgili geli\u015fmelerin bizzat takip\u00e7isi oldu\u011fumuzu ve t\u00fcm yasal haklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kamuoyuna sayg\u0131yla duyururuz.<\/p>\n
