D\u00fcnyada <strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri<\/strong> ve <strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan motivasyonu<\/strong> ve <strong>verimlili\u011fi \u00fczerine<\/strong> bir\u00e7ok ara\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131l\u0131yor. <strong>8-5 mesaisinin<\/strong> alternatifini uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya da hibrit dedi\u011fimiz <strong>online<\/strong> ve <strong>fizikselin<\/strong> bir arada oldu\u011fu sistem olu\u015fturuyor. <strong>8-5 mesai<\/strong> s\u00fcresinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar <strong>performans<\/strong> ve<strong> i\u015f \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131 baz\u0131nda<\/strong> de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde k\u0131salma m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabiliyor. Avrupa&#8217;da da part time \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir\u00e7ok \u00fclke bulunuyor. <strong>Esnek\/ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma konseptleri<\/strong> \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor\u201d i<\/em>fadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de d\u00fc\u015febilir<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de de belli ko\u015fullar sa\u011flanarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatlerinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclebilece\u011fini aktaran Ers\u00f6z, <em>\u201cFakat bu tamamen <strong>sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn<\/strong> ve <strong>departmanlar\u0131n<\/strong> i\u015fleyi\u015fine g\u00f6re de\u011ferlendirilmeli. \u00a0\u0130laveten <strong>performans bazl\u0131 i\u015f sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na<\/strong> odaklanarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak da di\u011fer bir y\u00f6ntem. Fakat bu mesai s\u00fcresindeki azaltma her pozisyonun do\u011fas\u0131na uygun olmayabilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin <strong>\u00fcretim<\/strong> gibi<strong> s\u00fcreklili\u011fi<\/strong> olan s\u00fcrekli <strong>takip<\/strong> ve<strong> kontrol isteyen<\/strong> departmanlarda uygulanmas\u0131 zor olabilir.
