Dr. Fehmi AKG\u00dcN\u2019\u00fcn<\/em> kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131yla d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n<p><em>Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve DEK T\u00fcrkiye Ba\u015fkan\u0131<strong> Dr. Alparslan BAYRAKTAR;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>BAYRAKTAR, <strong>hidrojenin<\/strong> d\u00fcnyada ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <strong>enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde<\/strong> rol\u00fcn\u00fc bu perspektiften ele almak istendi\u011fini belirterek konu\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Enerji d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli trendlerinden birisi olan<strong> elektrifikasyonun<\/strong> tamamlay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olarak <strong>hidrojenin<\/strong>, <strong>hammadde, yak\u0131t, enerji ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 <\/strong>ve<strong> enerji depolama<\/strong> ama\u00e7l\u0131 olarak muhtelif g\u00f6revleri sanayide, ula\u015ft\u0131rmada <strong>elektrik<\/strong> ve<strong> binalar sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde<\/strong> \u00fcstlenebilece\u011fini belirterek konu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bundan <strong>5\u00a0 y\u0131l \u00f6nce<\/strong> neredeyse hi\u00e7bir \u00fclkenin <strong>hidrojen planlamas\u0131<\/strong> yok denebilecekken bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi de i\u00e7eren k\u0131rktan fazla \u00fclke stratejilerini ya a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015f ya da geli\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyona<\/strong> gidi\u015f do\u011frultusunda \u00e7e\u015fitli ara\u00e7lar devreye al\u0131nmal\u0131 ve geleneksel usuller d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hidrojen gibi<strong> yeni y\u00f6ntemler<\/strong> ve <strong>teknolojiler<\/strong> mutlaka de\u011ferlendirilmelidir. Yol haritas\u0131 olu\u015fturulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Karbon yakalama, kullan\u0131m<\/strong> ve<strong> depolama teknolojilerine destek<\/strong> sunmas\u0131yla ve \u00fclkemize yeni bir ihracat alan\u0131 sunmas\u0131yla da \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Hidrojenin <strong>yenilenebilir kaynakl\u0131 \u00fcretimi<\/strong> ile yani <strong>ye\u015fil hidrojenle<\/strong> iletim k\u0131s\u0131tlar\u0131na maruz kalmadan, do\u011fruda hidrojen \u00fcretim ama\u00e7l\u0131 y\u00fcksek \u00f6l\u00e7ekli <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f, r\u00fczgar enerjisi<\/strong>nden <strong>elektrik \u00fcretim santrallari<\/strong> kurulumuna olanak sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00dclkemiz <strong>do\u011fal gaz \u00fcretim<\/strong> ve <strong>iletim alt yap\u0131s\u0131<\/strong> ba\u011flam\u0131nda b\u00f6lgesinde ve d\u00fcnyada say\u0131l\u0131 \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r. Bu anlamda <strong>hidrojenin do\u011fal gaz ile<\/strong> harmanlanmas\u0131na ve ihracat\u0131na da \u00f6nemli f\u0131rsatlar a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Hidrojen da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m boru hatlar\u0131<\/strong> ve nihai <strong>kullan\u0131m ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesiyle<\/strong> bu potansiyel hayata ge\u00e7irilebilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>ETKB<\/strong> olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta oldu\u011fumuz uzun d\u00f6nemli <strong>T\u00fcrkiye enerji sistem modeli<\/strong> ile <strong>enerji piyasalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>2053 net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedefi<\/strong> yolundaki enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn bile\u015fenlerini ele al\u0131yoruz. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde <strong>hidrojen \u00fcretimi<\/strong> ve<strong> iletimini<\/strong> kapsayan bu modelin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kamuoyu ile payla\u015faca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Enerjide k\u00fcresel \u00e7apta ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu kaotik ve belirsizlikle dolu d\u00f6nemin yeni teknolojilerin daha h\u0131zl\u0131ca devreye girmesine vesile olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Bize d\u00fc\u015fen <strong>do\u011fru politikalar\u0131 uygulamak<\/strong>, do\u011fru reg\u00fclasyonlar\u0131, <strong>piyasa bazl\u0131 te\u015fvik mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> ortaya koymak, sekt\u00f6rel stratejileri de bu do\u011frultuda belirlemek, ilgili sekt\u00f6rlerle bu stratejileri geli\u015ftirmek ve her \u015feyden \u00f6nemlisi<strong> politik kararl\u0131l\u0131kla<\/strong> bunlar\u0131 <strong>s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir k\u0131lmakt\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Shell T\u00fcrkiye \u00dclke Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ahmet ERDEM <\/em><em>ise <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hidrojen<\/strong> bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6rde kullan\u0131labilecek ve \u00fclkemizin de potansiyelinin ve ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funa inand\u0131klar\u0131 bir <strong>enerji kayna\u011f\u0131<\/strong> oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><em>Shell K\u00fcresel Enerji Sistemleri, Hidrojenden Sorumlu Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 <strong>Paul BOGERS<\/strong> \u201cD\u00fcnyada Enerji D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in Hidrojen\u201d temal\u0131 sunumda ise;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Shell\u2019in 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyonla<\/strong> faaliyet g\u00f6steren bir \u015firket olma yolculu\u011funda hem de d\u00fcnyada <strong>enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>hidrojenin \u00f6nemli bir rol<\/strong> oynayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin <strong>net s\u0131f\u0131r hedefine ula\u015fmak<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>enerji sistemi<\/strong>nde <strong>\u00fcretimden t\u00fcketimine kadar<\/strong> olan zincirde yap\u0131sal de\u011fi\u015fime ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var ve <strong>hidrojenin<\/strong> nakliyeden sanayiye kadar \u00e7e\u015fitli sekt\u00f6rlerde kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir potansiyeli oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Shell, <strong>\u00fcretim, depolama, boru hatlar\u0131<\/strong> ile <strong>nakliye, hidrojen nakliyesi<\/strong> ve<strong> son m\u00fc\u015fteri \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri<\/strong> gibi<strong> hidrojen tedarik zincirinin<\/strong> bir\u00e7ok noktas\u0131nda f\u0131rsatlar g\u00f6rmektedir. Shell t\u00fcm de\u011fer zincirinin geli\u015fimini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in <strong>i\u015f modellerini<\/strong> ve birden \u00e7ok b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc birbirine ba\u011flayabilir. <strong>Yenilenebilir kaynaklardan<\/strong> elden edilen <strong>hidrojen buna \u00f6rnek<\/strong> verilebilir.
