Bizim en b\u00fcy\u00fck in\u015faat projemiz olan<strong> Akkuyu NGS<\/strong> sahas\u0131nda n\u00fckleer altyap\u0131 tesislerinin in\u015faat\u0131 art\u0131k ayn\u0131 anda <strong>4 \u00fcnitede<\/strong> birden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek. Modern ve g\u00fcvenilir <strong>Rus n\u00fckleer teknolojileri<\/strong> lehine bir se\u00e7im yapan<strong> T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti,<\/strong> <strong>Akkuyu NGS<\/strong> ile on y\u0131llar boyunca <strong>enerji istikrar\u0131 sa\u011flama<\/strong> hedefini g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na alacakt\u0131r.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakan\u0131 <strong>Fatih D\u00f6nmez<\/strong> ise konu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131:\u00a0<em>\u201cAkkuyu N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali, Cumhuriyet tarihimizin tek kalemdeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131. Tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 4 reakt\u00f6r elektrik talebimizin y\u00fczde 10\u2019unu tek ba\u015f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131layacak. Akkuyu sadece \u00fcretece\u011fi elektrikle de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda ye\u015fil enerji hedefimize yapaca\u011f\u0131 katk\u0131yla da \u00f6nemli bir rol \u00fcstlenecek. Akkuyu y\u0131lda 35 milyon ton, i\u015fletmede kalaca\u011f\u0131 60 y\u0131l zarf\u0131nda ise toplam 2,1 milyar ton karbon emisyonunun engelleyecek. Akkuyu\u2019da da en y\u00fcksek g\u00fcvenlik standartlar\u0131na sahip en son teknoloji \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc nesil VVER-1200 tipi reakt\u00f6rler kullan\u0131lacak. B\u00f6ylece enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fimizi \u00e7evreci, rekabet\u00e7i ve g\u00fcvenilir bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131yla desteklemi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Akkuyu NGS&#8217;nin 4\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin in\u015fas\u0131na ili\u015fkin lisans, Ekim 2021&#8217;de T\u00fcrkiye N\u00fckleer D\u00fczenleme Kurumu (NDK) taraf\u0131ndan verildi. Beton d\u00f6kme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan \u00f6nce drenaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, \u00e7ukur kazma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, beton yast\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n montaj\u0131 ve su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, temelin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ve g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fc par\u00e7alar\u0131n montaj\u0131 gibi bir dizi haz\u0131rl\u0131k yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130n\u015fa edilecek \u00fcnitenin temeline takviye ile g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmi\u015f beton d\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Temel ise \u201cd\u00f6k\u00fcm\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan 16 blo\u011fa ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. Temele toplamda 17 bin metrek\u00fcp beton kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 d\u00f6k\u00fclecek. Betonlama y\u00fcksekli\u011fi 2,6 metre, her blo\u011fun ortalama hacmi ise bin 100 metrek\u00fcp olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Beton d\u00f6kme i\u015flemi, beton fabrikas\u0131n\u0131n laboratuvar uzmanlar\u0131, AKKUYU N\u00dcKLEER A.\u015e. temsilcileri, ana in\u015faat y\u00fcklenicisi TITAN 2 IC \u0130\u00e7ta\u015f \u0130n\u015faat A.\u015e. ortak giri\u015fimi ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z in\u015faat kontrol kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n denetiminde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sahan\u0131n tamam\u0131nda devam ediyor.\u00a01\u2019inci \u00fcnitede reakt\u00f6r binas\u0131 ve t\u00fcrbin binas\u0131n\u0131n temel plakalar\u0131n\u0131n betonlanmas\u0131 tamamland\u0131. Ayn\u0131 zamanda kor tutucu, reakt\u00f6r bas\u0131n\u00e7 kab\u0131, buhar jenerat\u00f6rleri, ana sirk\u00fclasyon pompa \u00fcniteleri de tak\u0131ld\u0131 ve ana sirk\u00fclasyon boru hatt\u0131n\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 bitirildi. \u00dcnitede ayr\u0131ca i\u00e7 koruma kabu\u011funun (\u0130KK) be\u015finci katman\u0131 da monte edildi. \u015eu anda ise kubbenin alt k\u0131sm\u0131 olan i\u00e7 koruma kabu\u011funun 6\u2019nc\u0131 katman\u0131 monte ediliyor ve kutup vincinin \u00f6n montaj\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yor. 2\u2019nci \u00fcnitede ise kor tutucu kuruldu, reakt\u00f6r binas\u0131n\u0131n temel plakalar\u0131n\u0131n betonlanmas\u0131 ve t\u00fcrbin binas\u0131 tamamland\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca i\u00e7 koruma kabu\u011funun \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc katman\u0131 da monte edildi. 3\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00fcnitede de reakt\u00f6r binas\u0131 ve t\u00fcrbin binas\u0131n\u0131n temel d\u00f6\u015femelerinin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi tamamlan\u0131rken, t\u00fcrbin binas\u0131n\u0131n ve reakt\u00f6r binas\u0131n\u0131n temeline beton d\u00f6k\u00fcld\u00fc ve kor tutucu kuruldu.<\/p>\n<p>Akkuyu NGS Projesi\u2019nin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesinde T\u00fcrk \u015firketleri aktif olarak yer al\u0131yor. Projeye malzeme, ekipman ve hizmet sa\u011flayan ve \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fcten y\u00fczlerce T\u00fcrk \u015firketi bulunuyor. T\u00fcrk tedarik\u00e7ilere verilen sipari\u015f hacmi \u015fimdiden 3 milyar dolar\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda. Proje, b\u00f6lgenin altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesine ve istihdam art\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Akkuyu NGS sahas\u0131nda \u015fu anda yakla\u015f\u0131k %80&#8217;i T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti vatanda\u015f\u0131 olan 25 binden fazla ki\u015fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. B\u00f6lgedeki i\u015f\u00e7iler aktif olarak projede yer al\u0131yor. Sadece ge\u00e7en y\u0131l i\u00e7inde G\u00fclnar il\u00e7esinden 600&#8217;den fazla ki\u015fi sahada istihdam edildi.
