Systemair, bu metodolojisi konusunda yetkinlik kazanan <strong>Ar-Ge ekibinin<\/strong> yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 sayesinde <strong>hangi teknoloji<\/strong> veya <strong>prosesin<\/strong> <strong>en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00e7evresel etkiye<\/strong> neden olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da hesaplayabilecek. \u015eirket, b\u00f6ylece<strong> Ar-Ge ihracat\u0131nda<\/strong> sekt\u00f6rde ad\u0131ndan s\u00f6z ettirecek.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcretim ve t\u00fcketimin artmas\u0131, sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn <strong>h\u0131zla geli\u015fmesi, kentle\u015fme<\/strong> ve <strong>farkl\u0131 parametreler,<\/strong> d\u00fcnyadaki<strong> karbon emisyonunu<\/strong> hayati bir konu haline getiriyor. <strong>\u0130klimlendirme sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin<\/strong> \u00e7evresel etkilerinin de\u011ferlendirilmesinin \u00e7ok kritik oldu\u011funu ifade eden <em>Systemair T\u00fcrkiye Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131<\/em><strong> Ay\u015feg\u00fcl Ero\u011flu,\u00a0<\/strong>\u00fcretimde <strong>karbon ayak izini minimize etmek<\/strong> i\u00e7in ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc boyunca olu\u015fan \u00e7evresel etkilerinin hesaplanabilmesinin bir gereklilik oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. \u015eirketin T\u00fcrkiye <strong>Ar-Ge merkezinde<\/strong> uygulamaya ald\u0131\u011f\u0131<strong> Ya\u015fam D\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc De\u011ferlendirmesi (YDD) uygulamas\u0131<\/strong> sayesinde veri merkezi so\u011futma cihaz\u0131 olan<strong> Geniox Tera<\/strong> ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere <strong>Systemair Grup<\/strong> genelindeki t\u00fcm \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin <strong>\u00fcretim, lojistik<\/strong> ve <strong>operasyon s\u00fcre\u00e7lerindeki<\/strong> \u00e7evresel etkilerinin hesaplanabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Ero\u011flu, \u015firketlerin bu sayede <strong>Avrupa Ye\u015fil Mutabakat\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>Ye\u015fil Mutabakat Eylem Plan\u0131 2021<\/strong>\u2019e uygun iyile\u015ftirmeler yapabilece\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Karbon s\u0131f\u0131r olma yolunda h\u0131zla ilerliyor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>K\u0131saca YDD olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan Ya\u015fam D\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc De\u011ferlendirmesi ile elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 analiz ederek ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme uyumlu iyile\u015ftirmelerde bulunacaklar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ay\u015feg\u00fcl Ero\u011flu;<em> \u201cYDD; \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin <strong>iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine, su, hava<\/strong> ve<strong> kara ekosistemine<\/strong> olan etkilerinin hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131<strong> bilimsel<\/strong> ve <strong>akademik<\/strong> bir y\u00f6ntemdir. YDD, \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimizin <strong>karbon ayak izi hesaplamas\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> yapman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde t\u00fcm ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc boyunca \u00e7evreye olan etkisini \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleyip raporlamam\u0131za ve gerekli iyile\u015ftirmeler yapmam\u0131za arac\u0131 oluyor. \u00dcretim ve kullan\u0131m a\u015famalar\u0131nda <strong>y\u00fcksek enerji<\/strong> ve <strong>ham madde gereksinimi<\/strong> olan s\u00fcre\u00e7leri belirlemeye ve etkilerini hesaplamaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan bu hesaplama metodu, \u00fcretti\u011fimiz \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin <strong>\u00e7evresel etki seviyesini<\/strong> ortaya koyuyor. B\u00f6ylece operasyon, lojistik, ham madde tedariki gibi a\u015famalar\u0131n hangisinin daha \u00e7ok \u00e7evresel etkiye sebep oldu\u011fu kolayca tespit edilebiliyor. Bu hesaplama, <strong>\u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin iyile\u015ftirilmesi<\/strong> konusunda da ekolojik tasar\u0131ma destek olacak verileri sa\u011flayarak d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde <strong>daha ye\u015fil \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler<\/strong> sunulmas\u0131na olanak sa\u011fl\u0131yor\u201d<\/em> \u00eefadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Systemair Ar-Ge ekibi YDD yetkinli\u011fi kazand\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Systemair T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong> olarak bu de\u011ferlendirmeyi <strong>Systemair Grup<\/strong> i\u00e7inde kendi b\u00fcnyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilen tek firma olduklar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen<strong> Ay\u015feg\u00fcl Ero\u011flu<\/strong>, bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn <strong>Ar-Ge ihracat\u0131<\/strong>ndaki rol\u00fcn\u00fc \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle anlatt\u0131: <em>\u201c<strong>Ar-Ge<\/strong> ekibimiz,<strong> \u0130T\u00dc<\/strong> ile y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bu proje i\u00e7in \u00f6zverili bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sergiledi ve<strong> YDD<\/strong> alan\u0131nda edindikleri yetkinli\u011fi kullanarak <strong>ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc de\u011ferlendirme<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 firmam\u0131z\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7im program\u0131na entegre etti. Bu proje sonucunda, veri merkezleri i\u00e7in \u00fcretti\u011fimiz <strong>Geniox Tera<\/strong> serisindeki \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin <strong>kapasite, aksesuar <\/strong>ve<strong> eklentileri<\/strong> ile \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinde yarat\u0131lan<strong> \u00e7evresel etkileri<\/strong> otomatik olarak di\u011fer kapasite ve t\u00fcketim bilgileri ile birlikte hesapl\u0131yor ve t\u00fcm <strong>bu verileri \u00fcr\u00fcn teknik se\u00e7im \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131nda<\/strong> raporluyoruz. Projenin <strong>2&#8217;inci faz\u0131nda<\/strong> ise <strong>Systemair Grup<\/strong> b\u00fcnyesinde kullan\u0131lan ve m\u00fc\u015fterimize a\u00e7\u0131k olan \u00fcr\u00fcn se\u00e7im program\u0131 Airware PRO\u2019da se\u00e7ilen t\u00fcm \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin \u00e7evresel etkilerini <strong>SimaPro 9.1 yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla EcoInvent veri taban\u0131yla ili\u015fkili \u015fekilde raporlamay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Kazan\u0131lan YDD hesaplama yetkinli\u011fi sayesinde 40\u2019tan fazla ham madde ve komponente dair emisyon de\u011ferlerini veri taban\u0131na ekledik. \u00dcstelik Systemair\u2019\u0131n faaliyet g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi <strong>52 \u00fclkeye<\/strong> bu m\u00fchendisli\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye olarak ihra\u00e7 ediyoruz. \u0130klimlendirme sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde YDD \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131<strong> Ar-Ge ihracat\u0131<\/strong> ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131na da d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmenin mutlulu\u011funu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n hem sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcze farkl\u0131 bir perspektif kazand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131na hem de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ihracattaki stratejik rol\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7lendirece\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Systemair ve \u0130T\u00dc i\u015f birli\u011fi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>\u0130T\u00dcNOVA Teknoloji Transfer Ofisi i\u015f birli\u011fi ve \u0130T\u00dc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi<\/em> <strong>Prof. Dr. Filiz Karaosmano\u011flu<\/strong> y\u00f6neticili\u011finde tamamlanan <em><strong>\u201c\u0130klim Dostu \u0130klimlendirme Cihazlar\u0131 \u00dcretimi\u201d projesi<\/strong>nin detaylar\u0131yla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan<strong> Ay\u015feg\u00fcl Ero\u011flu<\/strong>; \u201c\u0130T\u00dc ile birlikte \u00f6nemli bir<strong> \u00fcniversite-sanayi ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na<\/strong> imza atarak<strong> YDD \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z ile <strong>Karbon Ayak \u0130zi ve Su Ayak \u0130zi hesaplamalar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> yapt\u0131k. YDD \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z sonucunda elde edilen \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar \u00fczerinden <strong>Geniox Tera \u00fcnitesinin<\/strong> etkilerinin iyile\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik <strong>s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir<\/strong> ve <strong>ye\u015fil \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri<\/strong> saptad\u0131k. <strong>\u0130klimlendirme sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde<\/strong> bu hesaplamalar, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk kez yap\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00dcstelik d\u00fcnyada say\u0131l\u0131 <strong>end\u00fcstriyel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan<\/strong> biri konumunda.
