Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, bir\u00e7ok yeni yasa teklifi getirirken y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte olan baz\u0131 direktiflerin de<strong> revize edilmesini<\/strong> ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. Paketin en \u00f6nemli \u00f6zelli\u011fi, bu hedeflerin ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla <strong>net bir yol haritas\u0131<\/strong> ortaya koymas\u0131.
