Yard\u0131ma ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z olacak ve burada en \u00f6nemli rol\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye ait insan kayna\u011f\u0131 oynayacak\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Masato \u0130ida, reakt\u00f6r in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131n projenin en \u00f6nemli a\u015famalar\u0131ndan biri oldu\u011funa dikkati \u00e7ekerek, \u00fczerine reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn yerle\u015ftirilece\u011fi \u201cilk beton\u201d tabir edilen zeminin sa\u011flam \u015fekilde kurulmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini vurgulad\u0131. \u0130ida, reakt\u00f6r ve t\u00fcrbinlerin in\u015fas\u0131nda 3 bin ila 5 bin ki\u015finin g\u00f6rev almas\u0131n\u0131n beklendi\u011fini de ifade etti. N\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrallerinin y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyli kalite kontrol\u00fc gerektirdi\u011fine i\u015faret eden yetkili, s\u00fcre\u00e7te rol alacak T\u00fcrk firmalar\u0131n\u0131n bu konuda e\u011fitilece\u011fini ve gerekli dok\u00fcmantasyonun olu\u015fturulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti. \u0130ida, \u201cT\u00fcm bunlar, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u015fin g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi ve yeterlili\u011finin kan\u0131tlanmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor\u201d dedi. Sinop\u2019taki santralin i\u015fletilmesi a\u015famas\u0131nda, konsorsiyumda yer alan GDF Suez \u015firketiyle i\u015fbirli\u011fi halinde hizmet sunmay\u0131 planlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da aktaran \u0130ida, GDF Suez\u2019in Bel\u00e7ika\u2019da 8 adet n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrali bulundu\u011funu belirtti. Yeni bir n\u00fckleer santral: ATEA1 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye g\u00fcvenlik anlam\u0131nda neler sunmay\u0131 planlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n sorulmas\u0131 \u00fczerine \u0130ida, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries\u2019in Areva ile geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi ve d\u00fcnyada ilk kez Sinop\u2019a kurulacak olan \u201cATMEA1\u2033 santralinin teknik \u00f6zelliklerine ili\u015fkin bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Santralin yeni teknolojiler i\u00e7eren y\u00fcksek g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6zelliklerine sahip oldu\u011funu ifade eden \u0130ida, santralde her biri kendi sirk\u00fclasyon devresine sahip \u00fc\u00e7 adet buhar \u00fcreteci bulunaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u0130ida, \u201cBunlar\u0131n her biri y\u00fczde 100 so\u011futma fonksiyonuna sahip. B\u00f6ylece y\u00fczde 300\u2032l\u00fck bir so\u011futma yetene\u011fi sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f oluyor. Back-up sistemi de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bu oran y\u00fczde 400\u2032e \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor\u201d dedi. ATMEAVde \u201ckor tutucu\u201d (core catcher) fonksiyonunun da bulundu\u011funu belirten \u0130ida, s\u00f6z konusu mekanizman\u0131n, reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn aktif b\u00f6lgesinin erimesi durumunda par\u00e7alar\u0131 hapsetme g\u00f6revini yerine getirdi\u011fini vurgulayarak, \u201cFuku\u015fima\u2019da bu tip bir erime ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Santralde deniz suyunun kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 so\u011futma sisteminin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra hava ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir so\u011futma sisteminin de yer alaca\u011f\u0131na de\u011finen \u0130ida, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: \u201cFrans\u0131z n\u00fckleer g\u00fcvenlik kurumu ASN, konuyu inceledi ve ATMEAVin Fuku\u015fima gibi bir felaketten zarar g\u00f6rmeyece\u011fini teyit etti.<\/p>\n<p>Kurum, santralin g\u00fcvenli oldu\u011funu onaylad\u0131. Fuku\u015fima\u2019dan sonra, \u00f6zellikle n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrallerinde meydana gelebilecek ciddi kazalarla nas\u0131l ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131k\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 konusu enerji firmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in son derece \u00f6nemli hale geldi. Uzmanlar, ATMEAVin tasar\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda, ciddi bir kaza durumunda reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn nas\u0131l g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde kapat\u0131labilece\u011fini dikkatlice ele ald\u0131.\u201d Mitsubishi yetkilisi \u0130ida, T\u00fcrkiye ve Japonya aras\u0131nda n\u00fckleer enerji alan\u0131nda ba\u015flayan i\u015fbirli\u011finin s\u00fcrece\u011fini de \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle ifade etti: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye ve Japonya uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r yak\u0131n dostlar.
