Bu durum birbirinden farkl\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri g\u00fcndeme getirmekle birlikte, orta-uzun vade i\u00e7in <strong>enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> \u00f6nemini bir kez daha ortaya koydu. Sonu\u00e7 olarak, <strong>Avrupa Ye\u015fil Mutabakat\u0131<\/strong>\u2019n\u0131n bir dayanak olarak g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesiyle, T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in <strong>ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme<\/strong> ve <strong>ye\u015fil finansmana<\/strong> y\u00f6nelik strateji ve politika geli\u015fimi \u00f6ncelik kazand\u0131.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Di\u011fer yandan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin uluslararas\u0131 entegrasyon d\u00fczeyi ve de\u011fer zincirlerindeki konumu dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, mevcut ekonomik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ileriye ta\u015f\u0131yabilmesi i\u00e7in <strong>enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131<\/strong> ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir<strong> ye\u015fil yat\u0131r\u0131m hamlesi<\/strong> gerekli. Uluslararas\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin makroekonomik s\u0131k\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 geleneksel kanallar \u00fczerinden <strong>finansmana ula\u015fmakta zorlu\u011fa<\/strong> yol a\u00e7\u0131yor ve \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde <strong>ko\u015fullar<\/strong> daha da a\u011f\u0131rla\u015facak.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>HIZLI B\u0130R SI\u00c7RAMA \u0130\u00c7\u0130N FIRSAT<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada, T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisinin yap\u0131sal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ihtiyac\u0131yla <strong>Ye\u015fil Yeni D\u00fczen g\u00fcndeminin \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong> vurguland\u0131.
