Yeni d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanmayan <strong>projelere ruhsat<\/strong> verilmeyecek.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Gelecek \u0130\u00e7in Yenilenebilir Kaynaklar\u0131n Binalarda Kullan\u0131m\u0131 \u00d6nemli<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Yerli <\/strong>ve<strong> milli enerji kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong> olan <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong> bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00fclkemizin olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek potansiyeli oldu\u011funu vurgulayan <em>Yenilenebilir Enerji Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Derne\u011fi (YENADER) Ba\u015fkan\u0131<\/em><strong> Prof. Dr. Kerem Alkin,<\/strong> m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funda her ko\u015fulda <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan<\/strong> yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirterek a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu \u015fekilde devam etti:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cYay\u0131nlanan <strong>y\u00f6netmelik<\/strong> do\u011frultusunda enerji verimlili\u011fi <strong>normal binalara k\u0131yasla<\/strong> daha fazla olan ve kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 enerjinin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan<\/strong> sa\u011flayan <strong>Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerjili Binalar<\/strong><\/em> <em><strong>(NSEB)<\/strong> konseptine ge\u00e7i\u015f a\u015famal\u0131 olarak zorunlu hale gelece\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. <strong>1\/1\/2023<\/strong> tarihinden<strong> 1\/1\/2025<\/strong> tarihine kadar, bir parseldeki toplam in\u015faat alan\u0131 <strong>5.000 metrekareden b\u00fcy\u00fck<\/strong> olan t\u00fcm binalar\u0131n enerji performans s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 en az <strong>&#8216;B&#8217;<\/strong> olacak \u015fekilde <strong>in\u015fa edilmesi<\/strong> gerekiyor. Bu binalar\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 enerjinin en az<strong> % 5<\/strong>&#8216;inin<strong> g\u00fcne\u015f, r\u00fczgar, jeotermal, biyok\u00fctle<\/strong> ve<strong> biyogaz enerjisi<\/strong> gibi yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 zorunlu hale geliyor. <strong>Yenilenebilir enerjinin binalarda<\/strong> kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir gelecek ad\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda bu uygulamalar enerji alan\u0131nda <strong>\u00fclkemizin d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131nda da<\/strong> \u00f6nemli rol \u00fcstlenecek.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi \u0130\u00e7in Yenilenebilir Enerji Kullan\u0131m\u0131 \u015eart<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ak\u0131ll\u0131 binalar<\/strong>, <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmak<\/strong> amac\u0131yla, binalar\u0131n enerji harcamalar\u0131n\u0131 kendi sistemleriyle kontrol etti\u011fi yap\u0131lar olarak biliniyor. Kullan\u0131c\u0131 konforundan<strong> \u00f6d\u00fcn vermeden<\/strong> binan\u0131n<strong> enerji harcamalar\u0131n\u0131 en az d\u00fczeyde tutmaya<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan <strong>ak\u0131ll\u0131 binalarda<\/strong> en ile<strong>ri teknolojik sistemler<\/strong> kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olsa dahi yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece yeterince etkin olamayaca\u011f\u0131ndan bahseden <strong>Prof. Dr. Kerem Alkin,<\/strong> s\u00f6zlerini <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBinalarda <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f, r\u00fczgar, jeotermal, biyok\u00fctle<\/strong> ve <strong>biyogaz enerjisi<\/strong> gibi yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda binan\u0131n <strong>\u0131s\u0131tma, klima, havaland\u0131rma<\/strong> ve <strong>ayd\u0131nlatma enerjisi<\/strong> y\u00fckleri en aza iniyor.
