Bu kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra<strong> buhar, do\u011falgaz, yak\u0131t gaz\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>su tasarruflar\u0131<\/strong> s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fe \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sa\u011flad\u0131\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Proje y\u00f6netiminden \u00c7evik \u0130\u015f Modeline ge\u00e7i\u015f<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>3 y\u0131l \u00f6nce De\u011fer Benim program\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrekli geli\u015fim vizyonu ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan <strong>\u00c7evik \u0130\u015f Modeli<\/strong> d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Kad\u0131o\u011flu, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: <em>\u201c\u00c7evik yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131m\u0131zla operasyonda s\u00fcrekli geli\u015fmeyi, g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi, verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00fcretimi hedef alan aksiyonlar\u0131m\u0131zla yolumuza devam edece\u011fiz. <strong>300<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu tak\u0131mlar, <strong>26<\/strong> fabrikam\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7evik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma rit\u00fcelleri ile y\u00f6netecek. Art\u0131k sadece projeler \u00fczerinden gitmiyoruz, fabrikalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u015f yap\u0131\u015f \u015fekillerini de\u011fi\u015ftiriyoruz. Farkl\u0131 birimlerin bir fikir etraf\u0131nda bir araya gelerek o fikri hayata ge\u00e7irebilmesini sa\u011flayan bu projelerin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u015firket genelinde yayma vizyonu ile <strong>\u00c7evik \u0130\u015f Modelini<\/strong> kurgulad\u0131k. Bu s\u00fcrekli iyile\u015ftirme vizyonumuz sayesinde \u015firketlerimizin kar\u0131na ciddi destek sa\u011flad\u0131k. 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda hedefimiz, operasyonel faaliyetlerimizde yer alan<strong> 26 tak\u0131ma<\/strong> ek olarak, <strong>Rafineri <\/strong>ve<strong> Petrokimya \u0130\u015f Birimi<\/strong>\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 t\u00fcm fonksiyonlar\u0131m\u0131zda \u00c7evik \u0130\u015f Modeli\u2019ne ge\u00e7mek\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c7evik D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm yolculu\u011fu ba\u015flad\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flat\u0131lan <strong>De\u011fer Yaratma yolculu\u011funun<\/strong> \u015firketimize katt\u0131\u011f\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck kazan\u0131mlar aras\u0131nda <strong>s\u00fcrekli geli\u015ftirme k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc<\/strong> yer al\u0131yor. Bu kazan\u0131m\u0131,<strong> i\u015f yap\u0131\u015f modeli<\/strong> haline getirme amac\u0131 ile \u00c7evik \u0130\u015f Modeli tasarland\u0131. \u00c7evik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, farkl\u0131 disiplinlerin ortak bir hedef etraf\u0131nda bir araya gelerek engelleri birlikte a\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 bir i\u015f modelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bildi\u011finiz gibi \u00e7evik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde organizasyonlarda olduk\u00e7a konu\u015fulan bir model. \u00d6zellikle pandemi d\u00f6neminde <strong>y\u00fckseli\u015fi h\u0131zlanan trendler<\/strong> aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Di\u011fer konularda oldu\u011fu gibi \u00c7evik D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm konusunda da \u00f6nc\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131m\u0131zla \u015firketimizde<strong> 2019<\/strong> itibar\u0131yla<strong> \u00c7evik \u0130\u015f Modeli<\/strong>\u2019nin kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getirilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>2019 itibar\u0131yla <strong>Petkim<\/strong>\u2019in <strong>PTA<\/strong> fabrikas\u0131nda pilot olarak ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00c7evik \u0130\u015f Modeli ile b\u00fcy\u00fck ba\u015far\u0131lara imza att\u0131k. Fabrikam\u0131z\u0131n devrede kalma fakt\u00f6r\u00fcnde iyile\u015fme, <strong>\u0130SG-\u00c7 bildirimlerinin<\/strong> daha k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcrede tamamlan\u0131yor olmas\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan motivasyonundaki art\u0131\u015f bu modelin ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. <strong>PTA fabrikas\u0131nda<\/strong> elde etti\u011fimiz bu ba\u015far\u0131 neticesinde, <strong>Rafineri ve Petrokimya \u0130\u015f biriminde<\/strong> yaymaya karar verdik. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde, \u00c7evik \u0130\u015f Modeli\u2019nin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in tasar\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131k. Ortaya konan tasar\u0131ma g\u00f6re, operasyon odakl\u0131 saha tak\u0131mlar\u0131 kuruldu ve kademeli olarak<strong> \u00c7evik \u0130\u015f Modeli<\/strong>\u2019ne ge\u00e7i\u015f sa\u011fland\u0131. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinin<strong> s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi<\/strong> ve <strong>tak\u0131mlar\u0131n olgunluk seviyelerinin<\/strong> art\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7in insan kaynaklar\u0131 mekanizmalar\u0131yla desteklemeye devam ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c7evik D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u015firket karl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u015eirket karl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na, g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fine,<strong> i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi<\/strong> ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131na \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde katk\u0131 sa\u011flayan \u00e7evik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmden size karl\u0131l\u0131k ile ilgili bir <strong>2 \u00f6rnek<\/strong> vermek istiyorum. <strong>\u00dcnite kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131<\/strong> \u00e7evik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sistemi ile yak\u0131ndan takip ediliyor. <strong>STAR Rafineri<\/strong>\u2019de yer alan <strong>HCU<\/strong> ve <strong>DHT<\/strong> gibi ana \u00fcnitelerimizde planlanan\u0131n \u00fczerinde kapasite art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi ve \u00e7evik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sistemi ile kapasiteleri s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir k\u0131ld\u0131k. <strong>Enerji t\u00fcketimlerini azaltan<\/strong> ya da <strong>verimlilik art\u0131ran projelere<\/strong> \u00f6rnek olarak da <strong>DCU<\/strong> \u00fcnitemizde f\u0131r\u0131n kollar\u0131n\u0131 <strong>temizleme metodolojimizi<\/strong> geli\u015ftirerek kollardaki<strong> temizlik verimlili\u011fimizi<\/strong> artt\u0131rd\u0131k. Bu sayede temizleme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z azalarak DCU \u00fcnitesi y\u0131ll\u0131k kapasite kullan\u0131m oran\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rd\u0131k ve \u015firket karl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131k. Bir ba\u015fka \u00f6rnek ise, <strong>HCU \u00fcnitesinde<\/strong> yer alan <strong>Geri y\u0131kama filtrelerinin<\/strong> y\u0131kama s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fck. \u00dcniteden \u00e7\u0131kan<strong> slop miktar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> azaltarak <strong>CDU<\/strong> da yeniden i\u015fleme maliyetini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fck.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7evik \u0130\u015f Modeli operasyon odakl\u0131 olarak her<strong> \u00fcnite<\/strong> ve <strong>fabrika<\/strong> baz\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irilen ve fayda sa\u011flayan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fekline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>SOCAR T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00e7evik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm yolculu\u011fu s\u00fcrekli devam edecek<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00c7evik \u0130\u015f Modeli<\/strong> operasyon odakl\u0131 olarak her \u00fcnite ve fabrika baz\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irilen ve fayda sa\u011flayan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fekline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.
