Bu yeni <strong>d\u00fcnyada herkes yetenekleri, pozitif enerjisi<\/strong> ve yapt\u0131klar\u0131 ile de\u011ferlendirilirse <strong>e\u015fitlik m\u00fcmk\u00fcn<\/strong> olabilir. Ancak \u015fimdiden kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bu alana y\u00f6nelmesi \u015fart.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Teknolojide G\u00fc\u00e7lenen Kad\u0131n E\u015fitsizlik \u0130\u00e7in \u0130tici G\u00fc\u00e7 Olacakt\u0131r<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma verilerine g\u00f6re <strong>toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi<\/strong> sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in<strong> 130 y\u0131la<\/strong> ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var. Ancak Teknolojide kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131rsak bu s\u00fcreyi k\u0131saltabiliriz. Teknolojide g\u00fc\u00e7lenen kad\u0131n e\u015fitsizlik i\u00e7in itici g\u00fc\u00e7 olacakt\u0131r. E\u011fitim modeli de\u011fi\u015ftirilip, s\u00fcresi k\u0131salt\u0131l\u0131p, yetenek bazl\u0131 bir model geli\u015ftirilebilir. \u00d6\u011frencilerin cinsiyetlerine bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n kendi yetenekleri ile y\u00fckselmelerine olanak tan\u0131nabilir. Medyada reklamlarda <strong>teknoloji \u00fcreten kad\u0131n fig\u00fcr\u00fc<\/strong> g\u00f6remiyoruz. \u00dcr\u00fcn reklamlar\u0131 bile bu \u015fekilde kurgulan\u0131rsa <strong>rol model<\/strong> olabiliriz. Bu alanda e\u011fitimler vererek fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yarat\u0131yoruz\u201d yorumunda bulunan \u00c7a\u011flayan Karalar, <strong>cinsiyet ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z yetenek<\/strong> ve <strong>mekan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z yetenek<\/strong> kavram\u0131n\u0131n masaya yat\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 panelin sonunda i\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinde i\u015fle ilgisi olmayan sorular\u0131n kad\u0131nlara art\u0131k sorulmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in t\u00fcm birey ve kurumlar\u0131 kampanyaya destek olmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130klim krizi nedeniyle 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda 94 farkl\u0131 \u00fclkeden 25 milyon insan g\u00f6\u00e7 etti; D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re bu oran\u0131n 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na dek 140 milyon insan\u0131n <strong>iklim kaynakl\u0131<\/strong> nedenlerle g\u00f6\u00e7<\/p>\n<p>edece\u011fi tahmin ediliyor. Akademisyen It\u0131r Erhart, Tabit Kurucusu T\u00fclin Ak\u0131n ve S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Uzman\u0131 Aylin Gezg\u00fc\u00e7 ile tar\u0131ma yat\u0131r\u0131m yapan gen\u00e7 ku\u015faklara <strong>toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi<\/strong> ekseninde tavsiyelerde bulundu ve <strong>geleneksel y\u00f6ntemler<\/strong> d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki <strong>tar\u0131m teknolojileri<\/strong> hakk\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 bilgilendirdi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tar\u0131mda Teknoloji Devrimi \u0130le Su T\u00fcketimi En Aza \u0130ndirilebilir<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u0130klim krizinden<\/strong> kad\u0131nlar, erkeklere g\u00f6re daha fazla etkileniyor. D\u00fcnya genelinde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ge\u00e7im kaynaklar\u0131 do\u011faya daha fazla ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131.
