Enerji tasarrufu, pompa sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn de \u00f6nemli g\u00fcndem maddeleri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc binalarda, sanayide, altyap\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131nda, <strong>su temininde, at\u0131k su uygulamalar\u0131nda<\/strong> ve <strong>\u0131s\u0131tma, so\u011futma, havaland\u0131rma sistemlerinde<\/strong> kullan\u0131lan pompa sistemlerinin <strong>enerji sarfiyat\u0131<\/strong>, d\u00fcnyadaki enerji sarfiyat\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>% 20<\/strong>\u2019sine denk geliyor. Pompalar taraf\u0131ndan t\u00fcketilen enerji, end\u00fcstrilerde t\u00fcketilen <strong>elektrik enerjisinin<\/strong> ise ortalama <strong>% 30<\/strong>\u2019una denk geliyor. Bu nedenle son y\u0131llardaki \u00f6nceli\u011fimiz bu anlamda <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmak<\/strong> ve <strong>% 20<\/strong>\u2019lik rakam\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya \u00e7ekmek oldu.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Do\u011fru tasarlanm\u0131\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcn se\u00e7imi \u00f6nemli<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Ancak i\u015fletmelerde sistemin k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede kendini <strong>amorti edip<\/strong>, <strong>k\u00e2ra ge\u00e7mesi<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>\u201cdo\u011fru tasarlanm\u0131\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcn se\u00e7imi\u201d<\/strong> tek ba\u015f\u0131na yeterli bir unsur de\u011fil,<strong> \u201cdo\u011fru pompa se\u00e7imi\u201d<\/strong> ile i\u015fletmenin ihtiyac\u0131na uygun se\u00e7imi yapabilmek de olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli ve ciddi bir <strong>m\u00fchendislik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong> gerektiriyor. Bu bilin\u00e7le <strong>MAS Academy<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda <strong>\u201csistem tasar\u0131m\u0131\/se\u00e7imi\u201d e\u011fitimleri<\/strong> d\u00fczenleyerek i\u015f ortaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, <strong>binalarda<\/strong> ve<strong> end\u00fcstriyel tesislerde<\/strong> tercih ettikleri sistemlerde <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmay\u0131<\/strong> hedefliyoruz. Tasarruflu sistem se\u00e7iminde \u00a0<strong>\u201cpompa, motor ve invert\u00f6r\u201d<\/strong>\u00fcn verimi olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli. Sistem karakteristik e\u011frisi, <strong>pompa se\u00e7imini<\/strong> \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde etkiliyor. Sistemdeki kay\u0131plar ne kadar az olursa <strong>enerji sarfiyat\u0131 da<\/strong> o kadar az oluyor. Bu nedenle tesisatlarda <strong>\u201cboru \u00e7ap\u0131 se\u00e7imi\u201d<\/strong> de do\u011fru yap\u0131lmal\u0131. Bu \u015fekilde, <strong>sorunsuz<\/strong> ve<strong> verimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan pompa teknolojileri<\/strong>miz ile <strong>optimum enerji verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedefliyoruz\u201d<\/em> ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Renovasyon enerjiden % 80 tasarruf sa\u011fl\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>End\u00fcstriyel tesislerde <strong>eski<\/strong> ve <strong>verimsiz pompalar<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>reel t\u00fcketim \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri<\/strong> yaparak; sistemin yenilenmesi durumunda i\u015fletmenin sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 <strong>enerji tasarrufunu<\/strong> ve <strong>amortisman s\u00fcrelerini<\/strong> rapor halinde sunduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirten\u00a0<strong>Vahdettin Y\u0131rtma\u00e7,<\/strong> s\u00f6zlerine<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c<strong>Renovasyon projeleri<\/strong>ne <strong>\u00fccretsiz m\u00fchendislik hizmeti<\/strong> sunarak, m\u00fc\u015fterilerimizi, <strong>verimsiz pompalar<\/strong>\u0131n yerine <strong>y\u00fcksek verimli pompalar<\/strong> kullanmalar\u0131 konusunda te\u015fvik ediyoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc <strong>pompa de\u011fi\u015fimi<\/strong> ile son kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n pompalar taraf\u0131ndan t\u00fcketilen <strong>enerji maliyetleri<\/strong>nden <strong>% 80<\/strong>\u2019lere varan oranlarda<strong> tasarruf<\/strong> sa\u011flayabiliyoruz. B\u00f6ylece sisteminde <strong>01-03 y\u0131l<\/strong> kadar k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede kendini <strong>amorti etmesi de<\/strong> m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oluyor.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201c\u0130klim zarars\u0131z bir ekonominin geli\u015fmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede <strong>enerji<\/strong> ve <strong>su kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 <strong>ak\u0131ll\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>verimli kullanan<\/strong> \u00e7evreci<strong> su teknolojileri<\/strong>miz ile binalarda ve i\u015fletmelerdeki <strong>elektrik t\u00fcketimini<\/strong> azaltarak, <strong>CO2 emisyonunun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi<\/strong>ne ve b\u00f6ylece <strong>iklim zarars\u0131z<\/strong> bir ekonominin geli\u015fmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz\u201d <\/em>\u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u201cDijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc \u015firket geneline yay\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>AR-GE<\/strong>\u2019den lojisti\u011fe kadar t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde faaliyetlerinin \u00e7evreye olan etkilerini <strong>en aza indirme<\/strong> misyonu ile hareket ettiklerini vurgulayan\u00a0<strong>Vahdettin Y\u0131rtma\u00e7<\/strong>,\u00a0bu kapsamda hayata ge\u00e7irdikleri dijitalle\u015fme faaliyetleri <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">hakk\u0131nda da bilgi verdi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Masdaf olarak son 2 y\u0131ld\u0131r <strong>dijitalle\u015fme<\/strong> ve <strong>ak\u0131ll\u0131 teknolojilere<\/strong> olan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 <strong>% 50<\/strong> art\u0131rd\u0131k. \u00a0Dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc, \u015firket geneline yayarak, ya\u015fatmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. <strong>\u00dcretim altyap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, sanayinin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong> yani <strong>End\u00fcstri 4.0<\/strong> anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na uygun olacak \u015fekilde geli\u015ftiriyoruz. T\u00fcm bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z ve yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131zla <strong>2030 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla<\/strong> faaliyetlerimizden kaynaklanan <strong>karbon sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n\u0131<\/strong>, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131na g\u00f6re <strong>% 40<\/strong> azaltmay\u0131, 2050\u2019de ise <strong>karbon n\u00f6tr olmay\u0131<\/strong> hedefliyoruz. Bu kapsamda gelecek d\u00f6nemde <strong>\u201cISO 14064 Sera Gaz\u0131 Hesaplama ve Do\u011frulama Y\u00f6netim Sistemi\u201d<\/strong>ne de ge\u00e7erek, s\u00fcre\u00e7lerimizin <strong>\u00e7evresel etkilerini<\/strong> daha da azaltmay\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz.
