Yani \u00fclke topraklar\u0131n\u0131n <strong>% 29,2\u2019sini<\/strong> ormanlar olu\u015fturuyor. Bu ormanlar\u0131n da<strong> 5,2 milyon hektar<\/strong> (toplam orman alan\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 22,7\u2019si) kadar\u0131n\u0131<strong> k\u0131z\u0131l\u00e7am a\u011fac\u0131<\/strong> kapl\u0131yor. K\u0131z\u0131l\u00e7am da dahil olmak \u00fczere, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ormanlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>% 65<\/strong>\u2019i yang\u0131n riskiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yang\u0131n \u00d6ncesi\/S\u0131ras\u0131\/Sonras\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131<\/strong> Akdeniz Havzas\u0131ndaki \u00f6zellikle <strong>k\u0131z\u0131l\u00e7am, sahil \u00e7am\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>halep \u00e7am\u0131<\/strong> gibi <strong>\u00e7am t\u00fcrlerinden olu\u015fan<\/strong> ormanlarda ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir do\u011fa olay\u0131d\u0131r. Bu nedenle <strong>yang\u0131n \u00f6ncesinde, yang\u0131n s\u0131ras\u0131nda<\/strong> ve <strong>yang\u0131n sonras\u0131nda<\/strong> yap\u0131lacaklar \u00f6nemlidir. <strong>Yang\u0131n \u00f6ncesinde;<\/strong> t\u00fcm yasal mevzuatta, do\u011fal<strong> ormanlar\u0131n korunmas\u0131na<\/strong> \u00f6ncelik vermeli, <strong>kas\u0131tl\u0131 yang\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> en aza indirecek \u015fekilde <strong>cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmler<\/strong> i\u00e7ermelidir. <strong>Personel<\/strong> ve <strong>ekipmanlar<\/strong> ile e\u011fitimler yap\u0131larak yang\u0131na haz\u0131r olunmal\u0131d\u0131r. <strong>Yang\u0131n s\u0131ras\u0131nda;<\/strong> ba\u015fta u\u00e7aklar olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm teknolojik olanaklardan ve insan g\u00fcc\u00fcnden yararlan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r ve <strong>yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme<\/strong> ihale usulleriyle de\u011fil devletin olanaklar\u0131yla yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. <strong>Yang\u0131n sonras\u0131nda; <\/strong>yanan sahalar tekni\u011fine uygun bir \u015fekilde yeniden ormanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Plans\u0131z A\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131rma Bilimsel De\u011fildir<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ormanc\u0131l\u0131k; ekosistem y\u00f6netimidir.
