Yeni binalar\u0131n tamam\u0131 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>karbon s\u0131f\u0131r<\/strong> olacak. 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise <strong>t\u00fcm binalar\u0131n karbon s\u0131f\u0131r<\/strong> hale getirmekten ba\u015fka \u00e7aremiz yok<\/em>\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ENERJ\u0130 VER\u0130ML\u0130L\u0130\u011e\u0130 TABANDAN TAVANA YAYILMALI!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde fiyatlar\u0131n 2 kat artmas\u0131 ile birlikte enerji faturas\u0131n\u0131n<strong> 110 milyar dolara<\/strong> do\u011fru ilerledi\u011fini belirten Alkin \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu: <em>\u201c<strong>110 milyar dolarl\u0131k<\/strong> enerji faturas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek yukar\u0131dan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya do\u011fru de\u011fil, tabandan tavana do\u011fru bir hareketle olabilir. <strong>Vatanda\u015flar, m\u00fcteahhitler, sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri <\/strong>ve<strong> kanaat liderleriyle<\/strong> hep birlikte biz \u00f6nce kendi evimizi d\u00fczeltmekle ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z. <strong>Is\u0131tma<\/strong> ve <strong>so\u011futma<\/strong> ama\u00e7l\u0131 harcanan enerjide<strong> yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya tasarruf sa\u011flaman\u0131n<\/strong> yolu ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z <strong>binalara \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygulamas\u0131<\/strong> yapt\u0131rmaktan ge\u00e7iyor. \u00d6zellikle <strong>y\u00fckselen enerji faturalar\u0131<\/strong> kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda <strong>\u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> t\u00fcketicilerin kurtar\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Mevcutta 20 milyonun \u00fczerinde konut say\u0131m\u0131z var. Bunun<strong> y\u00fczde 70<\/strong>\u2019inden fazlas\u0131 ne yaz\u0131k ki enerji verimsizi olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. T\u00fcm binalar enerji verimlili\u011fi ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda olsayd\u0131 her y\u0131l <strong>6-7 y\u0131l milyar dolar<\/strong> \u00fclke ekonomisine katk\u0131da olacakt\u0131. Bu ya\u015fanan duruma sessiz kalmamal\u0131y\u0131z. En ucuz enerji <strong>harcanmayan<\/strong> ve <strong>tasarruf edilen<\/strong> enerjidir. Konfor ko\u015fullar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 koruyarak tasarruf edebilece\u011fimiz bir\u00e7ok <strong>yat\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong> ve<strong> d\u00fczenleme<\/strong> yapabiliriz. \u00d6zellikle d\u00fcnyada neler oluyor ve nas\u0131l geli\u015fmeler ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f hepsine tek tek bakmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin <strong>ye\u015fil mutabakatla<\/strong> ilgili ay\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 fon 1 trilyon Euro ve bununda <strong>260 milyar Euro<\/strong>\u2019sunu 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar \u00f6zelliklede <strong>35 milyon<\/strong> konutun yenilenmesi i\u00e7in harcayacaklar. Sanayiciler enerji konusunda \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde enerji tasarrufu alan\u0131ndaki yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde hayata ge\u00e7irebiliyorlar. Ancak \u00fclkemizde ise bu i\u015fin finansal olarak desteklenmesi \u00f6nem arz ediyor\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ISI YALITIMI EV\u0130N\u0130ZDEK\u0130 ISIYI KORUYOR!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Korkmaz T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <strong>enerji tasarrufu<\/strong> denilince ak\u0131llara enerjiyi az kullanmak geldi\u011fini belirterek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: <em>\u201cBu konuda yanl\u0131\u015f bir alg\u0131 mevcut, t\u00fcketiciler daha az enerji kullan\u0131p, ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z bir iklimlendirmeye maruz kal\u0131yorlar. Bunun aksine yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken daha az enerji t\u00fcketerek daha <strong>y\u00fcksek konfor ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak<\/strong> olmal\u0131. Ev i\u00e7indeki \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 ideal seviyede sabit tutmak i\u00e7in <strong>s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rmak<\/strong> yerine evdeki \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 daha <strong>dengeli<\/strong> ve <strong>homojen korumak<\/strong> gerekiyor.<strong> Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131yla<\/strong> k\u0131\u015f\u0131n s\u0131cak havan\u0131n d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131, yaz\u0131n ise<strong> s\u0131cak havan\u0131n i\u00e7eri girmesini<\/strong> engelleyebilirsiniz.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>HAVAYI K\u0130RLETEREK \u00d6L\u00dcM\u00dcM\u00dcZE NEDEN OLUYORUZ<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Enerji t\u00fcketiminin yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futmadan kaynaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden <strong>D\u00fcnya Gazetesi Genel Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc Vahap Munyar <\/strong>yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmede konu hakk\u0131nda: <em>\u201cNihai enerji t\u00fcketiminin <strong>y\u00fczde 50\u2019<\/strong>sinin <strong>\u0131s\u0131tma<\/strong> ve<strong> so\u011futmadan<\/strong> ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyorlar.
