Rusya&#8217;n\u0131n fosil yak\u0131t ithalat\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak da <strong>AB\u2019ye y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 milyar Euro tasarruf sa\u011flayabilir<\/strong>. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar<strong> \u00f6zel<\/strong> ve <strong>kamu sekt\u00f6r\u00fc<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan ve ulusal, s\u0131n\u0131r \u00f6tesi ve AB d\u00fczeyinde kar\u015f\u0131lanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; REPowerEU&#8217;yu desteklemek i\u00e7in, <strong>Kurtarma ve Diren\u00e7lilik Mekanizmas\u0131 (Recovery and Resilience Facility, RRF)<\/strong> kapsam\u0131ndaki kredilerde <strong>halihaz\u0131rda 225 milyar Euro mevcuttur<\/strong>. Komisyon, REPowerEU ba\u011flam\u0131nda bu programlar\u0131n nas\u0131l de\u011fi\u015ftirilece\u011fi ve tamamlanaca\u011f\u0131 konusunda bug\u00fcn \u00dcye Devletlere mevzuat ve rehberli\u011fi kabul etti. Buna ek olarak, Komisyon, \u015fu anda Piyasa \u0130stikrar Rezervinde tutulan <strong>AB Emisyon Ticareti Sistemi tahsisatlar\u0131n\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan elde edilen<\/strong> ve piyasay\u0131 bozmayacak \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131k art\u0131rmaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak <strong>20 milyar Euro hibe <\/strong>ile<strong> RRF mali \u00e7er\u00e7evesini art\u0131rmay\u0131<\/strong> teklif ediyor. Bu nedenle,<strong> ETS<\/strong> yaln\u0131zca<strong> emisyonlar\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azaltmakla<\/strong> kalm\u0131yor, ayn\u0131 zamanda enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 elde etmek i\u00e7in gerekli fonlar\u0131 da topluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Uyum fonlar\u0131ndan <strong>26,9 milyar Euro<\/strong>, RRF&#8217;ye g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc transferlerde kullan\u0131labilir hale getirilebilir. <strong>Ortak Tar\u0131m Politikas\u0131ndan 7,5 milyar Euro daha<\/strong> RRF&#8217;ye <strong>g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc transferler yoluyla<\/strong> sa\u011flan\u0131yor.
