\u00c7ED ba\u015fvurusu yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ancak \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n raporun format\u0131nda birtak\u0131m de\u011fi\u015fikler istedi\u011fi i\u00e7in raporu geri verdi\u011fini kaydeden Kasumov, gerekli de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin yap\u0131larak raporun teslim edildi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n

Raporun 3 bin 500 sayfadan olu\u015ftu\u011funu ve uzmanlar\u0131n okumas\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 ay s\u00fcrece\u011fini belirten Kasumov, Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n sitesinde gerekli t\u00fcm bilgilerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n

\nKasumov, raporun haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 s\u00fcrecinde bal\u0131klar\u0131n g\u00f6\u00e7 d\u00f6nemlerinin bile ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak, “\u00c7ED raporuyla ilgili her \u015fey yolunda. \u0130\u015f takviminden d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fil. Biz bu y\u0131l i\u00e7inde \u00c7ED olumlu karar\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131rsak i\u015f takvimini hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde ihlal etmemi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. \u0130lk temel atma 2015 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonu 2016`nin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 gibi olacak. \u00c7ED olumlu karar\u0131n\u0131 takip ederek in\u015faat haz\u0131rl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131lacak“ dedi.<\/p>\n
