Gen\u00e7lerin elinden tutmaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterdiklerini ifade eden Yelkenbi\u00e7er, <em>\u201c<strong>Hayat Okulu Projesi<\/strong>nin hedefi, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 <strong>MYO \u00f6\u011frencilerinin<\/strong> i\u015f hayat\u0131na haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda destek olmak, i\u015f insanlar\u0131yla tan\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ve interaktif e\u011fitim ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla i\u015f hayat\u0131nda ihtiya\u00e7 duyduklar\u0131 sosyal yetkinlikleri kazand\u0131rmakt\u0131r. \u00dcniversite program\u0131nda edindikleri teknik yeterlilikleri <strong>sosyal geli\u015fim<\/strong> ile birle\u015ftirip <strong>istihdam edilebilir<\/strong> ve <strong>ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmalar\u0131na destek<\/strong> olmay\u0131 da hedeflemekteyiz. Bu d\u00f6nem \u00f6zellikle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik temam\u0131z\u0131 i\u015fleyen<strong> e\u011fitimler almalar\u0131n\u0131 da<\/strong> ayr\u0131ca de\u011ferli buluyorum. Hem ya\u015fan\u0131lan<strong> nitelikli teknik eleman<\/strong> bulma sorununa \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm getiren hem de <strong>gen\u00e7 i\u015fsizli\u011fe<\/strong> bir nebze de olsa \u00e7are olan <strong>Hayat Okulu<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda <strong>1000&#8217;lerce gence<\/strong> dokunmaktan mutluyuz. Gen\u00e7lerimiz ald\u0131klar\u0131 e\u011fitimi \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak, biz i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 da <strong>istihdama katk\u0131 sa\u011flayarak<\/strong> toplumumuza olan sorumluluklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yerine getiriyoruz. \u0130\u015f hayat\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in<strong> \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak<\/strong>, <strong>iyi bir lider<\/strong> olarak <strong>tak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 motive etmek<\/strong>, kendinizi <strong>s\u00fcrekli yenilemek<\/strong> \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir\u201d<\/em> ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5 hafta boyunca<\/strong> s\u00fcren e\u011fitimler sonras\u0131 <strong>sertifika t\u00f6reninde<\/strong> \u00f6\u011frencilerle bir araya gelen <em>EG\u0130AD Ba\u015fkan\u0131<\/em> <strong>Alp Avni Yelkenbi\u00e7er<\/strong>, hedeflerinin <strong>teknik yeterliliklerin sosyal geli\u015fim<\/strong> ile <strong>desteklenmesi<\/strong> oldu\u011funu belirterek,<strong> EG\u0130AD Hayat Okulu<\/strong>\u2019ndan <strong>mezun<\/strong> olan <strong>gen\u00e7lerin<\/strong> i\u015f hayat\u0131na daha yetkinle\u015ferek ba\u015flayabildiklerini ifade etti. <strong>\u0130zmir\u2019den<\/strong> ba\u015fka \u015fehirlere do\u011fru s\u00fcren <strong>i\u015f kayb\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7meyi de<\/strong> hedeflediklerini kaydeden Yelkenbi\u00e7er, <em>\u201cSon geli\u015fmeler, gen\u00e7lerin ne yaz\u0131k ki ba\u015fka \u015fehirlere ya da \u00fclkelere \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya gitti\u011fini g\u00f6stermekte. Bunun i\u00e7in bu gen\u00e7lerin <strong>\u0130zmir\u2019de<\/strong> kentimizde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilecekleri ortamlar\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmekteyiz. <strong>Geli\u015fmi\u015f kentler<\/strong> ve <strong>\u00fclkeler<\/strong> kendi insan kaynaklar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her taraf\u0131ndan <strong>yeti\u015fmi\u015f zeki insanlar\u0131<\/strong> kendi b\u00f6lgelerine \u00e7ekmek i\u00e7in <strong>projeler \u00fcretirken<\/strong>, gen\u00e7lerin istihdam g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc <strong>ekonomiye katarken<\/strong>; biz de bu b\u00f6lgenin bir i\u015f \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc olarak gen\u00e7 istihdam\u0131n\u0131 ve ekonomiye sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 katk\u0131 ve fayday\u0131 yads\u0131yamay\u0131z. Sonu\u00e7ta kentler de \u00fclkeler de gen\u00e7lerimizin i\u015f hayat\u0131nda var olmalar\u0131yla y\u00fckselecek, de\u011ferleneceklerdir.
