For example, by using <strong>IoT energy firms<\/strong> can <strong>automate<\/strong> the monitoring and <strong>evaluation of operations<\/strong> to be able to respond in<strong> real-time<\/strong> and <strong>optimize equipment utilization<\/strong> and <strong>maintenance<\/strong> planning. Meanwhile, <strong>blockchain technology<\/strong> can be used to track the history of <strong>IoT devices<\/strong> and <strong>enhance security<\/strong> or to<strong> improve accuracy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An increasing number of energy companies are looking at how to use <strong>digital technologies<\/strong> to make their operations <strong>more efficient, cost-effective, and safer<\/strong>, as well as to mitigate the risk of further <strong>pandemic restrictions<\/strong> in the future.
