Buna ilaveten ani iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin etkilerinin mevsimsel olarak b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6stermesi elektrik ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 tahmin edebilmesini zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken, pandemi ve \u00fclkeler aras\u0131 siyasi gerilimler gibi ko\u015fullar\u0131n da d\u00fcnya genelinde enerji ithalat\u0131 ve ticaretinde ciddi s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar olu\u015fturmakta ve elektrik \u00fcretimini zaman zaman dar bo\u011faza sokabiliyor.
