Sorunlar\u0131n s\u0131ras\u0131 y\u0131llar itibar\u0131yla s\u00fcrekli olarak yer de\u011fi\u015ftirse de <strong>ekonomi<\/strong>, bir sorun olarak anketteki ilk s\u0131ras\u0131n\u0131 korudu. <strong>2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnyadaki en \u00f6nemli sorun<\/strong> olarak da <strong>ekonomi<\/strong> ilk s\u0131rada g\u00f6sterilirken (y\u00fczde 43,2), k\u00fcresel \u00e7aptaki sorunlarda ikinci s\u0131ray\u0131<strong> sa\u011fl\u0131k<\/strong> (y\u00fczde 42,1), \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131ray\u0131 ise <strong>e\u011fitim<\/strong> (y\u00fczde 39,8) ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n <strong>enerji t\u00fcketimi konusunda en \u00f6nemli<\/strong> g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc unsurlar aras\u0131nda <strong>temiz ve \u00e7evreye zarars\u0131z olmas\u0131 <\/strong>(y\u00fczde 32), <strong>yerli kaynaklardan elde edilmesi <\/strong>(y\u00fczde 16,3), <strong>kesintisiz temin edilmesi <\/strong>(y\u00fczde 15,4) dikkat \u00e7ekerken, <strong>ucuz olmas\u0131 <\/strong>diyenlerin oran\u0131 sadece y\u00fczde 13,6\u2019da kald\u0131. \u201c<strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de enerjiden kaynaklanan \u00e7evre sorunlar\u0131 hangileridir<\/strong>?\u201d sorusuna verilen cevaplarda ise <strong>iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi y\u00fczde 59,6<\/strong> ile ilk s\u0131rada, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bozulmas\u0131 y\u00fczde 56,7 ile ikinci s\u0131rada, hava kirlili\u011fi de y\u00fczde 36,2 ile \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada geldi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de enerji sisteminin en \u00f6nemli sorunu<\/strong> olarak <strong>enerjinin pahal\u0131 olmas\u0131<\/strong> (y\u00fczde 32,5) g\u00f6sterilirken, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n <strong>y\u00fczde 18,4<\/strong>\u2019\u00fc enerjinin verimsiz kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131,<strong> y\u00fczde 11,8<\/strong>\u2019i ise <strong>yenilenebilir enerjinin<\/strong> yeterince kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131 birer sorun olarak bildirdi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>FATURALARDAN \u015e\u0130KAYET<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Son bir y\u0131ldaki<strong> elektrik fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcksek bulanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 % 76,7<\/strong>, normal bulanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 <strong>% 17,2<\/strong> olurken, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n <strong>y\u00fczde 42,8\u2019i elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m bedellerini \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek<\/strong> buldu, <strong>% 31,7<\/strong>\u2019si da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m bedelleri hakk\u0131nda bilgisi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131,<strong> % 20,3<\/strong>\u2019\u00fc ise da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m bedellerinin haks\u0131z yere al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. <strong>Do\u011falgaz fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcksek bulanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 77<\/strong>, normal bulanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 da y\u00fczde 15 olurken; kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n <strong>y\u00fczde 43,6\u2019si do\u011falgaz da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m bedellerini \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek<\/strong> buldu, y\u00fczde 29,4\u2019\u00fc ise da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m bedelleri hakk\u0131nda bilgisi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Ak\u0131ll\u0131 saya\u00e7 kullanarak \u00fc\u00e7 zamanl\u0131 elektrik tarifesi uygulamas\u0131 konusunda ne d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsunuz?<\/strong>\u201d sorusuna \u201cUygulama hakk\u0131nda bilgim yok\u201d diyenler <strong>% 48,3<\/strong> ile ilk s\u0131rada gelirken, \u201cUygulamay\u0131 inceledim, benim i\u00e7in yararl\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131na inanm\u0131yorum\u201d diyenler <strong>% 27,6<\/strong> ile ikinci s\u0131rada, <strong>\u201cUygulama hakk\u0131nda bilgim var ve en k\u0131sa zamanda ge\u00e7meyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum\u201d<\/strong> diyenler <strong>% 17,7<\/strong> ile 3&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131. Uygulamay\u0131 kullananlar\u0131n oran\u0131 ise <strong>% 6,5<\/strong> oldu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan <strong>elektrik fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 \u201c\u00e7ok y\u00fcksek\u201d ve \u201cy\u00fcksek\u201d bulanlar\u0131n son se\u00e7imlerde oy verdikleri partilere g\u00f6re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 <\/strong>\u015f\u00f6yle oldu: CHP y\u00fczde 83,8, AKP y\u00fczde 78,4, HDP y\u00fczde 77,7, MHP y\u00fczde 69,9, \u0130yi Parti y\u00fczde 50. <strong>Do\u011falgaz fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 \u201c\u00e7ok y\u00fcksek\u201d ve \u201cy\u00fcksek\u201d bulanlar\u0131n <\/strong>oranlar\u0131ysa \u015f\u00f6yle: CHP y\u00fczde 85,5, AKP y\u00fczde 81,8, HDP y\u00fczde 71,9, MHP y\u00fczde 66,4, \u0130yi Parti y\u00fczde 30,4.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>EV VE OTOMOB\u0130L SAH\u0130PL\u0130\u011e\u0130 \u0130LE ENERJ\u0130 HARCAMALARI<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Y\u00fczde 95<\/strong>\u2019i il\/il\u00e7e merkezlerinde, <strong>y\u00fczde 5<\/strong>\u2019i belde\/k\u00f6ylerde yerle\u015fik kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n <strong>y\u00fczde 52\u2019si ev sahibi<\/strong>, <strong>y\u00fczde 40<\/strong>\u2019\u0131 kirac\u0131, <strong>y\u00fczde 8<\/strong>\u2019i ise bir ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n evinde ya da lojmanda ya\u015f\u0131yordu. <strong>Evlerin y\u00fczde 62,5\u2019i apartman dairesi<\/strong> olup <strong>y\u00fczde 41,3\u2019\u00fc 66-100 m<sup>2<\/sup><\/strong>, y\u00fczde 27,7\u2019si <strong>101-120 m<sup>2<\/sup><\/strong> b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckte ve <strong>y\u00fczde 54\u2019\u00fc 6 ila 15 ya\u015f\u0131nda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Evlerde en \u00e7ok t\u00fcketilen enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 <strong>do\u011falgaz<\/strong> olmaya devam etti. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 74,9\u2019u <strong>\u0131s\u0131nma<\/strong> ama\u00e7l\u0131, y\u00fczde 74,2\u2019si <strong>s\u0131cak su<\/strong> ama\u00e7l\u0131, y\u00fczde 73,6\u2019s\u0131 da <strong>pi\u015firme<\/strong> ama\u00e7l\u0131 olarak do\u011falgaz kulland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederken, \u0131s\u0131nma ve s\u0131cak su i\u00e7in ikinci s\u0131rada elektrik, pi\u015firme i\u00e7inde ise <strong>LPG<\/strong> geldi. En fazla b\u00fct\u00e7e ayr\u0131lan enerji kaynaklar\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan ayl\u0131k harcama ise do\u011falgazda <strong>251-300 TL<\/strong> (y\u00fczde 23,5) ve<strong> 201-250 TL<\/strong> (y\u00fczde 19,9); elektrikte <strong>201-250 TL<\/strong> (y\u00fczde 19) ve <strong>251-300 TL<\/strong> (y\u00fczde 17,2). Otomobil yak\u0131t\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, evlerde t\u00fcketilen b\u00fct\u00fcn enerji kaynaklar\u0131 i\u00e7in ayl\u0131k ortalama <strong>301-400 TL<\/strong> harcayanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 <strong>y\u00fczde 25,4<\/strong>; <strong>201-300 TL<\/strong> harcayanlar oran\u0131 <strong>y\u00fczde 22,2;<\/strong> <strong>401-500 TL<\/strong> harcayanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 ise <strong>y\u00fczde 22,2<\/strong> oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>yar\u0131s\u0131 ev sahibi<\/strong> iken arabas\u0131 olanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 sadece <strong>y\u00fczde 27,7<\/strong>. Bunlar\u0131n da <strong>y\u00fczde 93,3<\/strong>\u2019\u00fc 1 adet, <strong>y\u00fczde 6,7<\/strong>\u2019si ise 2 adet otomobil sahibi oldu\u011funu belirtti. Arabas\u0131 olanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 39,7\u2019si <strong>dizel<\/strong>, y\u00fczde 37,6\u2019s\u0131 <strong>benzin<\/strong>, y\u00fczde 15,7\u2019si ise <strong>otogaz<\/strong> kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve yak\u0131t giderleri i\u00e7in ayl\u0131k ortalama olarak y\u00fczde 24,5\u2019i <strong>301-400 TL<\/strong>, y\u00fczde 20,4\u2019\u00fc de <strong>401-500 TL<\/strong> harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Motosikletlerin <strong>y\u00fczde 73,6<\/strong>\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n benzinli,<strong> y\u00fczde 22,6<\/strong>\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n da elektrikli olup ayl\u0131k yak\u0131t gideri i\u00e7in <strong>y\u00fczde 22,4\u2019<\/strong>\u00fcn\u00fcn <strong>201-300 TL<\/strong> aras\u0131nda bir masraf yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ENERJ\u0130 VER\u0130ML\u0130L\u0130\u011e\u0130 TEDB\u0130R VE UYGULAMALARI HALA ZAYIF<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye halk\u0131n\u0131n <strong>y\u00fczde 55,9\u2019u enerji verimlili\u011fini do\u011fru tan\u0131mlarken<\/strong>, <strong>y\u00fczde 29,1\u2019i enerji verimlili\u011fi ve tasarrufu aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131 bilmedi\u011fini<\/strong> ifade etti. \u00d6te yandan, evlerinde \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 bulunanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 49,1 iken <strong>enerji t\u00fcketimini azaltmak ve enerji verimlili\u011fi sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in tedbir uygulayanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 38,4<\/strong> olarak kaydedildi. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n <strong>y\u00fczde 31\u2019i \u201czaman zaman dikkate al\u0131r\u0131m\u201d<\/strong> derken,<strong> y\u00fczde 30\u2019u \u201c\u00e7o\u011funlukla dikkate al\u0131r\u0131m\u201d<\/strong> cevab\u0131n\u0131 verdi.
